1) any homes available now 10/14/2024? Or are they still under construction? 2) qualifying amount of monthly income to be accepted for purchase into the community? 3) monthly space rental cost?
Folsom has always been know for the largest and one of the most dangerous prison in the country. Folsom is known for its racist practices. It's an awful place. It could easily be located in Mississippi or become a southern state.
That are so cute!
I loved living there, but my neighbor was highly racist and rude towards my family... we decided to move because of it. Why are white people so violent? 😢

Nothing in California is a hot spot anymore. Over taxation, high crime, Illegal immigrant rights over citizen rights, failed legislation, and citizens who vote for their own demise. Only thing hot about California are the lies they spew and the human dung on its streets.

Don't put TV's over fireplaces. First, too high for vision. Second, not good for TV's.
HOA with no dogs?
Hi Jeff. The HOA is $286 monthly. The Mello Roos ranges from $1500-$2600 annually, depending on what size model. The regency is a dog friendly community with a dog park. @@SacramentoCaliforniaLiving Ideally HOA not pet friendly. Hate dogs barking with a passion. One of reasons considering moving. Nightmare if moved into new home community and then have neighbors with barking dogs. HOA rules on barking may help but better if dogs not allowed.

Anyone who's thinking about buying into the current market in Folsom are nuts! These poorly built homes in small lots aren't homes. They are boxes lined up in the dirt. I can suffocate just by looking at it. They look like homes in the movie Vivarium. @ 700k + @ even say 5.75%, who can afford these homes? Do not buy into this market or you'll be regretted and you won't be able to get out. These boxes were in the High 400k just few years ago. Way overvalued and highly inflated.
