BELLY BUTTON PIERCING EXPERIENCE/ 5 WEEKS POST !
I love this video and you are so graceful and gentle with the kids. Just a little reminder, you should never kiss on the children . Even if its on the cheek. You can substitute that with a hug and leave the kisses for siblings and parents.
Good to see that good days still exist
Pretty girl!!😍😍
@@aaliyah.holttt thank you sissy 😍😍
I have been pre k for forty years and Ii have never been treated so badly. Parents are rude and they don't care what you say because their kid is perfect!!!!!!!!!!! The other morning I greeted a child and said how pretty she looked because her hair was combed and I could see her pretty eyes!!!!!!! Earlier in the week a sister came in with uncombed hair and I told her needed to keep her hair out of her face and combed nice ly.Oh mommy s guilt !!!!! I am sorry to upset the mom but you make a baby you take care off your baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Peace and Love to all my teacher friends and Amen Have happy weekend ❤❤❤❤❤❤
aww u look so cute!!🎀

You rock!
@TheDawracik1 way another young man in the field . children need that male contact and sometimes a young man can get a child to do things us girls can't You must have a big heart may you be a blessing to many good luck 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Thanks
Lexiiiiii! You are so pretty, omg!❤❤
hello im new to the industry what are some tips to give to first time daycare workers both positive and negative
What do you basically ? Like sing or teach them how to draw?
Yes! Depends on their age but we would sing songs, teach colors, numbers, abc's, and do art work/crafts on the kids age level each day, but they would also get to have independent play. We would also go outside and let them play twice a day.
Do you still work at the daycare?
No. I am now a ophthalmic technician/scribe,
I'm in child care and it's a lot , and stressful, but I literally do it for the kids. They're so sweet
i love watching these videos. i just got the okay to become a childcare worker. i am starting with my traineeship for a cert 3 for childhood education. i am so excited. these videos really give me hope and confidence
You’re gonna do great!
😍😍
ur vids are the best part of my sundays <3
Seriously!!! I love her 🙃❤

Can I live off of being a daycare worker?
I don't think so, at least not by yourself in the state of Georgia. I had a roommate and it was doable but I often didn't have any left over money. I think I made $9.50 at this job and the pay was every two weeks.
I want a job in nursery plz help me
Are you over the age of 18? what state do you live in? Do you have a high school diploma or GED?
Can a 14yr old work at a daycare??
I'm not sure but at this particular daycare in the state of Georgia no you had to be 18 or older.
@@Alexiaholcombe_ ohh okay, im from sydney australia. And i really want to work at a daycare cause i love kids. And when i grow up i want to be a teacher hehe
@@kyliejennerfan169 This is a very late reply but once you turn 16 I would recommend you look into doing either a TAFE Cert III in early childhood education and care OR applying to do a traineeship at a local preschool / childcare centre. The traineeship basically means you are doing the certificate while working and getting paid (the pay is normally $19 - 25 and hour and increases once you get the certificate). Not every childcare place will take a 16 year old but that is the legal minimum age to work at one. In the meantime maybe see if there are any places you could volunteer at or get hired at like a small/local art class that teaches young children, get involved with Joeys (the youngest age of scouts) or young girl guides, or do some babysitting around you! Good luck!
Recipe 1. Place 2 cups or rice and 3 cups of water into rice cooker. 2.Rinse and cut salmon into bite sized pieces. 3. Season salmon with seasoning of your choice. 4. Coat with olive oil or avocado oil. 5. Place on pan and broil for 5 mins. 6. Cut avocado or cucumber. 7. Plate it and enjoy.❤️
The simplicity ❤
This is called love ❤❤❤❤❤❤ taking care of one another
Well young lady I like the way you prepare yourself for work and aren't you a fresh one oh, you look like a piece of fresh fruit like a fresh honeydew melon, and that's cool no pun intended. Diamond so go ahead and enjoy your day and don't work too hard and continue to be great cuz you're looking fabulous as you go along in life go ahead continue to stay at your best cuz you're looking lovely lady keep it up oh, God bless you and stay safe always:-)!
That’s a great idea! Using a grocery bag as a shower cap! 😊
I love it! Your smile is everything! Keep it up!!!
Thank you so much!!❤️
Can you please tell me what are the qualifications need for this job?
At this particular job all you needed was a high school diploma and a clean background. They provided trainings as well as CPR classes.
Hoping to become a daycare worker in the near future and help break some of the stigma of male childcare workers. I love kids and sometimes feel like I'm still a kid myself!
Are you still in childcare?
Not anymore!
May I ask what are you doing now for work?@@Alexiaholcombe_ I have been working in home health care for years and decided that I wanted to switch careers. I really enjoyed this video and it made me feel better, because I was a little nervous.

Respected teacher to them My name is Esther I am twenty one I live in Sri Lanka I am educated in Child Care Course (NVQ 4 LEVEL) through Sri Lanka Vocational Training Authority in Sri Lanka. Are there any other ways to work in childcare in the UK? Thank you teacher if you let me know it will help.
Hi my name is symone and iam about to be a teacher aide at a daycare working with 3 and 4 years olds this is my first in a very different career i know i will love it i havea child of my own but how is working with kids what the routine lunch and all?
I had the 6:30am-2:30pm shift, so they would usually come in eat breakfast and immediately go outside to play, after outside they would come in and directly sit in a circle time where we would go over colors, numbers, and shapes etc. Then straight into diaper changes, independent play for a while, then into the activity as a group. after that it was lunch time. The kids get into the habit because they do the same thing everyday and they know what's about to happen next. The children had good and bad days you never knew how they were going to react. Does this answer your question? How are you liking the job?
@@Alexiaholcombe_ Iam liking it so far
What ages do you care for?
This age was 1 transitioning to 2. I loved this age! I don’t do this anymore though this video is from 2 years ago🙂
Like what do y’all do lol
We would usually do breakfast, outside time, circle time (numbers, letters, shapes, and alphabet.) small groups with a learning activity or sensory activity such as sand, shaving cream, painting, etc. diapers in between each project so about every 2 hours 3 teachers would rotate changes depending on your schedule, then clean up for lunch, right after lunch nap time. During nap time we would have assigned cleaning and sanitation jobs as well as eating our lunch. When they woke up from nap we would go outside again come in read a few books, dance party and then free play until it was time to go home. Hope this gives you a better picture of how the day went 🙂 ps. I don’t work in childcare anymore.

I’m switching from healthcare to daycare , can’t do it no more
Honey I did the same thing and regret it terribly these kids are horrible don't work with 2 year olds they don't listen work with 3 and 4 year olds that's a great age.
Hi iam about to be a teacher aide at a daycare working with 3 and 4 year old this will my first time in this career what are your experiences how is it?
@@hey-its-me2848I have a 6 year old, 3 year old, and 2 year old. And my youngest one be testing me CONSTANTLY 😂😂😂
Hi Ms. Lexi! I’m Ms. Eryn and it’s so funny how we have the same job and same birthday 😭🎉
Mine is July 18th so close I guess.
That’s so cool!! I will definitely cherish the time I had with those babies!
Are degrees required or only high school diploma? I babysit often, and I’m really interested in this
I don’t have a degree in ECE I just have a high school diploma. I also have lots of experience with working with kids ages 6 weeks to 12. You just need experience.
I only had a high school diploma when I worked as an assistant teacher at this childcare. In order to be the lead teacher of the classroom you needed a specific certification I think called a CDA. (Child development associate) and you can make a little more money than the assistants. I would definitely just look into childcare centers in your area, I did have to do some online training courses that the facility paid for as well as a CPR class that they paid for as well! Good luck I know you can be great and whatever you put your mind to!
I’ve been a daycare teacher for almost 3 months and I love it
How did u apply?
@@asrasif5187 I did mine trough indeed
Awwwww omg I start at a daycare tomorrow and I'm so excited. God bless you!
This is something I really want to get into after I graduate! Are there any classes you would recommend I take for my senior year? I'm takeing intro to early childhood soon.
I’m going into a trade school this year, first year of high school, and I’ve gotten accepted because I wanted to become a teacher or work with younger kids. Not 100% sure if what I want to do but I wish you the best of luck
