Tribal Ensemble for new European Indigenous Music - WEDISCH is our heritage in musical form. The sounds of the drums are back again but this time they sound differently. In a new, experimental, timeless and flowing way they joyfully pay homage to the female and male essence. This is WEDISCH, of course!!!
Wachelaia's Call
"Wachelaia's Call" is the first single from the debut album (2025) by the Austrian band WEDISCH. The six musicians are tracking the European indigenous heritage finding a new musical expression. "Wachelaia's call" is calling back the great animals to our landscapes as well as giant trees, wildflower meadows and brooklets. Follow the call and dance our nativeness into our lifes again!
