I am challenging multiple enemies that can be engaged by some easy (or hard, sometimes) setting up, in the Legend of Zelda: BotW. Some challenges require glitches in the setup, but I use no MOD.
I have challenged the following so far:
- Conquering two rooms in the Yiga Clan Hideout at once | Master Mode
Yiga Footsoldier (64) × 4 + Yiga Blademaster (600) × 7 [Total 4456]
- two Silver Lynels | Normal Mode
Silver Lynel (5000) × 2 [Total 10000]
- two Golden Lynels | Master Mode
Golden Lynel (7500) × 2 [Total 15000]
- two Lynels at the Coliseum Ruins | using the glitch in Master Mode
Golden Lynel (7500) + Silver Lynel (5000) [Total 12500]
- BotW All-stars Challenge at the Coliseum (defeating all enemies) | Master Mode
Golden Lynel (7500) + Silver Bokoblin (720) × 3 + Silver Lizalfos (864) × 3 + Silver Moblin (1080) × 3 [Total 15492]
- two Thunderblight Ganons | using the glitch in Master Mode
Blight in Vah Naboris (2000, as 4th Blight) + Blight in the Illusory Realm (1500) [Total 3500]

Defeating two Lynels at BotW Coliseum in a minute (penultimate boss as an extra) | Legend of Zelda
I defeated two Lynels at Coliseum (and the penultimate boss) with Link's maximum attack power in BotW.
The durability of weapons is transferred from weapons with high durability by using Menu Overloading.

After all, Link and Master Sword in BotW are simply strong. The reason why the health of enemies is displayed is that I internally equipped "Champion's Tunic" in advance by using Menu Overloading. Nintendo would never make a super hard zelda game nowadays, but thanks to the amount of options and abilities in these open world zeldas, if you apply a few restrictions like no upgrades, no champion abilities, no climbing, and so on, you can customize your own experience to some degree.
