Chun King actually started originally in Hibbing Minnesota! Hibbing is also Bob Dylan's hometown, and the origins of the Greyhound Bus Lines.

This was a film copy of what was originally transmitted. Someone used kinescope to keep this edition, which NBC wiped the original video tape. So much of Johnny's first decade as host of the Tonight Show was wiped by NBC

What I really liked was the jazz-rock incidental harpsichord theme that began the first scene of each episode. Does anybody else recall it? Cool as hell.
