    Where did you get the billet adaptor from?

    • @231turboscott
      @231turboscott Год назад

      The adapter is made by BBT fabrications. www.intekotto.com/shop-all-parts#!/iBooster-adapter/p/500108290/category=0 or check out retrofitsolutions.net

    • @231turboscott

      Additionally, you only need the billet adapter for Gen1 installs. It basically just adapts to a standard GM bolt pattern. Retrofitsolutions.net has custom brackets for Gen2 installs. Both units work great so source the unit first then decide how to adapt.

      Shouldn't need a regular relay, Mine is 12V ign feed direct from fusebox to Pin 1. Pin 2 is output to the load (whatever you're trying to PWM). Pin 3 is ground, and Pin 4 is the MS3 signal wire. Good Luck, let us know how it works

    Was wondering if you have been able to get some run time on this to see how it's holding up. I have a twin-turbo mustang that has a ms3pro. I was using a regular 2 relay setup for my fan but had an issue with the wire melting (my fault it grounded out) and wound up overheating and split my radiator so got a new one coming now and it has 2 fans on it. Was thinking of setting up similar to yours so it does not take the initial hit when it kicks on

      I've since upgraded to the 902-310 relay and have about 650 miles so far, works great. I did read somewhere that the next Tuner Studio Beta is supposed to have pwm fan strategy imbedded which will be great to add additional features like commanded 100% when AC is on regardless of temp, and shutting off fans entirely above a set mph

The Dorman 902-310 is the same one I got it just arrived today I'm going to try and set it up this weekend because I'm still waiting on my new radiator and fans. I was curious which frequency seemed to work best for it? also seen as it is the exact same one I figured I'd double-check with you about the wiring before I put it in. I have never used a solid-state relay but this is what I was thinking pin 1 - Fused +12V pin 2 - Output to load pin 3 - ground pin 4 - Control wire (MS3PRO PWM to ground)

    Sweet video, is the pump wired directly to the megasquirt? I did that with my pump by using the big unused transistors that would normally drive low impedance injectors (I think) on an original megasquirt. I never did a good test like you did to see how well the megasquirt varied the flow. Now I have the methanol removed from the car though.

    • @231turboscott

      It's an ALKY control kit, I just removed the controller and MAP sensor and it's now controlled with the MS3 via a solid state relay. The settings and table are located under the "Advanced Engine" tab then "Water Injection" in Tuner Studio.
