Mobile homes are great , but if there is a lot rent , land lease , its not worth it , lot rent are high and if the owners of the mobile community decide to sell the community you lose big time .

Giant corporation are buying up Mobile Homes and Trailer Park land and then jacking-up the prices which makes it unaffordable to live in your $20,000 or under home. If you have your own land, then this will be a great deal. And, you do not have to pay any HOA fees.

My question is say if I were to buy this kit and if I own land could I build this kit on the land or again would I have to get permission. Say if I purchase land in rural Colorado and one plot in San Francisco, would I have to get permission or would these kits not be allowed, I don’t know if you’d be able to answer this

Unfortunately mobile homes all look the same on the outside they don't change the roof lines at all they just keep pumping out the same look it's weird. I work for a mobile home manufacturer one of them the ones that you named in the video so I know. I just can't tell you which one I signed a thing saying I couldn't disclose that. But yeah it bugs the hell out of me Watching every one of those things come down the line and the whole outside looks the same It's like can you innovate at all please. I think the major reason why they don't is because they ship these things over the road aerodynamics or whatever. I would just say wrap the whole house in like this queen or something or shrink wrap it and then so it's more aerodynamic when it goes down the road or something I don't know Sounds good to me
