@@jwmartins71 Hi! Yes! Of course I’ll share! I found the content creator, @houseofhighbrations - I had listened to one of her videos about a 7 day challenge and while I did have a job, I was homeless, literally! My mom and I got into a fight and I honestly couldn’t take it anymore because she was so toxic, so I left her home and lived in a hotel and sometimes in my car and one day I came across her video and I decided to take on the seven day challenge. This video when I initially made, I was blown away because this was so out of my comfort zone. Once I put it up, I listened to it for the 7 days straight, (I also listened while sleeping). I work night shift a 12 hr shift so it was easy. After the 3rd day I’ve noticed things shift. I got an apartment which honestly was impossible to get because the place I had applied for the lady had said they are full and nothing would be open until like June/July. Literally, the 3rd day, I got a call saying she’s got an opening for a one bedroom. I then got a promotion at work and a raise. Random people started giving me gifts left and right, money started pouring in like crazy and I had to fix my car which was like a 1600$ fix, I got it for like 500$ I swear, I’m not lying! I was truly mind blown! The significant others came pouring in as well, my exs, men I used to have a crush on all of a sudden wanted my attention. All I did was listen to this video I created, I also incorporated Breath With Sandy, basically breath work, which I feel helped me stay calm in stressful situations. I did breath work as soon as I woke up and before work. On my days off, I would do a lot more breath work along with listening to the video (not at the same time). It became to a point where I would robotically affirm when I was not listening. Anytime I’d see something negative or think negative, I’d close my eyes and say everything in my life is perfect. Breathe in and out a few times. I cannot even begin to describe how my life has changed. I actually enjoy being alive. There are awesome creators out there. They’re all amazing and I’ve listened to them too but for some reason, they never resonated with me like she did. But after I did the seven days challenge, everything that previous creators had said made sense, it just never clicked with me or maybe I wasn’t ready. I make the videos short and to the point because I feel like it helps with over thinkers like myself and puts you back into that energy of being all that you are. I hope this helps :)

@@lucky30404 honestly, yes at times it was but I figured my life was already boring and I was at my lowest, I really wanted to see if it would really really work. I guess you do what you have to if you want it bad enough. Every time I listened to it I would imagine a better life than what was now and I can’t believe my eyes how everything just started unfolding so perfectly and once you see those small things manifest in your life, you know better and bigger things are coming and knowing that if I listened to it, something amazing will happen and it did
