I walked in the University Belt on November 18, 2024. The Typhoon Pepito was already outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) but Manila was still in Signal no.1. The classes suspended but the weather was fine, in fact it has not rain since November 17. Anyway, during this walk, I found out that University Belt is still not boring to walk despite the class suspension where crowd was minimize.
