What’s Been Going on Here at Life on Turkey Lane?….and seedling update
I'm tellin ya, life gets a bit crazy sometimes especially when things break down, or at least when you think something's broken. In the meantime, since the dryer was out of the laundry room (Andy moved it to the laundry area in the basement), I figured it might be a good time to clear out the laundry room and give it a nice fresh paint ...

I just made the first batch with those tablets and I agree that the taste is not my cup of tea and I do believe it's those tablets because if you read the label they are flavored with a mint and mandarin flavor. When you said that you detected a citrus flavor that's the mandarin, I said the same thing. So, I'm now waiting for my 2nd batch to ferment and I'm happy that you said that the subsequent batches didn't have that same taste. Thanks for your video.

I am on my 5th or 6th batch and enjoying it every morning for breakfast with a small bowl of blueberries. I wondered whether you experienced the same thing that I did with subsequent batches…I think it was my 4th batch that I there was a noticeable change in the tartness/sourness of the yogurt. Previous batches were extremely mild, creamy, with absolutely no sour taste. With the sudden sour taste I worried that maybe something had gone wrong and maybe I needed to begin again with the crushed BioGoia tablets. But while researching I noticed that one influencer had said that the taste should be a bit sour. Well, I thought that that was interesting…did that mean that my first batches were not potent?
