BLIND FOLKS HAVE RIGHTS TO POWERCHAIR. NO SHAME BUDDY
Thanks for the thorough review! Can it still drive when the back is reclined flat and legs elevated, like you're laying down?
That is a great question! I think maneuverability, for safety reasons, is very limited, best wishes, Brian
Fantastic Brian! You have come a long way! very inspiring! Gina
Thank you very much Gina!
great work!
Jennifer, thank you very much!
Thank you for a personal perspective in the M3! Gathering info as an M3 might be my choice in a few months. The M5 takes too much space, though a little better ride outdoors for that reason. Permobil now offers bigger batteries (group 24) for longer range of travel and seat operation in the M3. The Quickie power wheelchair (oops!) is in the shop and I'm atop a back-up 2014 Permobil C500 with 2,888 miles. A chair I've never had a bad experience mechanically speaking. Permobil quality is in a Class of its own, still. I wish you all the best, Brian.
William, you are so welcome! I also found the quality of Permobil power chairs to be excellent. I greatly appreciate your feedback and information about the new batteries. Best regards, Brian
I Thank You For Sharing 🙏🏽
Thesha, You are so welcome! I hope you and your husband find this channel helpful. Best wishes, Brian
Great work Brian. You are such an inspiration to me. Keep pushing through. Hope to see ya soon.
Glad to see you progressing Brian!
Sorry brother for your loss..I have a dachshund she’s my bf
Thank you!
38k wow Uk that same chair is 9k would be cheaper to buy in the uk and ship it over
Awesome Brian!!
Thank you Bill!
Thank you for the information. I am relativly new to needing a mobility chair. I can walk a little maybe 20 feet. But it is painfull. I do not like a wheel chair. It is difficult for me to operate myself based on my lower backing being the point of injury. I was looking at this chair for all the reasons you go over in the video. I needed something light weight that my wife can lift for me and somehthing that I can load onto the mobility lift on the back of my Gladiator. I think this chair will give me my freedom back to be able to go to a store on my own. Great review very informative. I am going call and go pick up my Jazzy Pasport today. I plan to mount the controls on the left side, but I am right handed. I want to take this to the gun range and move around with my left hand while I shoot my pistol with my right hand. I wish you all the best in life and keep sharing great information to help others make an informed decision about the items needed to gain our independence back. Be Safe Tim
Thank you Tim! It is always nice to hear that my videos are helpful to others. I hope your Jazzy Passport works out just the way you hope. Happy New Year
@@strokeoftheclockbybrianmcc9922 I picked up earlier. I can load it and unload it on my own. It is simplistic but powerful. I love it so far. Thanks.
Thanks for the video Brian. Great to see you're doing well! Be safe and well Brian.
Thanks 👍
Great to see you progressing Brian.
Thanks man, you've really helped me and my girlfriend pick the right wheelchair. We are both really greatful
I am so happy to hear you found my video useful. You are very welcome!
Great video. I recently purchased my son a Permobil F3 off EBAY and when I finally got to test it, it felt odd to me since it's front-wheel drive and it pulls you around, whereas his old chair was rear-wheel drive and pushed you around. I wonder if I should have gotten an M3 since the drive wheels are further back. Good luck with the chair, I hope it lasts for many years.
Thank you very much, I am glad you liked my video!
thanks for sharing. I love my Permobil and have had a few mid-wheel drives. They work really well!
Glad you like them!
just shows how the insurance people rip off the system in the us here in England I can by that chair for £8,000 which at present exchange is $11,000
I could not agree more!
I've seen some Permobil chairs that were over $80,000 USD. I acquired a Permobil F3 that was only a few months old, and got it for $400. I have my eyes on another, M3 V2 for $300.
Thanks for this! You've really come a long way. My husband had a traumatic brain injury 6 years ago and we are dealing with the aftermath. We are both readers and use the computer, but his speech is greatly affected. We hope your new device helps you read and compute again. It's always a good thing to have hope! And hello to your Dad from another caregiver. Best of luck.
Judith, you are very welcome! Thank you for your words of encouragement, they mean a lot to me. I wish you and your husband the very best! My Dad says hello also.
Please look up Real Estate Recovery. If you are over 55, and are getting Medicaid or a Medicaid program...when you die, they will start taking things back to repay themselves for helping you.
Im a 27 year old woman from Spain, Caucasian, my symptoms started being gastric but quickly developed into cardiac problems, 2015 my first myopericarditis, this 2020 my second with heart fibrosis and a blood clot of 2x2cm. Only medicine I take is prednisone, and they have made genetic and spinal tests but it’s idiopathic in my case…
I am sorry to hear about your troubles. I hope you found my video helpful! Best wishes, Brian
Thank you for doing this video 📸
My pleasure 😊
Thank you, I really hope it helped!
Brian, thank you to you and your Dad! I am considering buying Jazzy Passport for my son. This video was very informative and helped me with my decision.

Thank you so much for your video it’s been very informative.
You are more than welcome, I get a lot of satisfaction out of making these videos. Positive feedback makes it all worth while. Best wishes, Brian
Very interesting and informative video. I am getting a Permobil M5 fitted for me to try out in two weeks. I can’t wait. My current powerchair is causing me so much pain and grief. I hear the suspension and stability on these is amazing.
I am so glad you liked my video! I hope you really love your new M5, if it is anything like the M3 I know you will love it! Wishing you the best, Brian

I had to remove the battery on the wheelchair when traveling and now it won’t turn on. Does anyone know what’s wrong with it
Hello, there is a white ON/OFF toggle switch on the backend of the battery. The OFF is O and the ON is I. I would make sure the battery is in the ON position and that it is fully charged and completely inserted into the chair. When you charge the battery the toggle switch must be in the I (ON) position. Best of luck, Brian
what are exactly your symptoms?
The first symptom I had was my body hurt every where for about a week. The next symptom I had was blood under my finger nails and my fingers looked and felt like they had been smashed with a hammer, followed by my vision becoming very blurry. It was my blurry vision combined with the blood under my finger nails that prompted me to go to emergency care. If you are having any of these symptoms please go get you blood checked as soon as possible.
I'm so sorry Brian. She was such a cute dog!
Thank you Keith, she was a very good dog!
Good video young man keep up the good work one question I picked up a per mobile M3 for my brother can the chair itself go up and down
Orlando, the chair has a lift function available. It is available for an extra charge when you order the chair. I didn't chose to order that option.
It shows a feature where you can go up and down but the light is not on. If so how can I get it to work

does not move in free mode
Lynne, just tested mine and when you turn the yellow levers to unlock they make a clicking sound, then they move freely.
@@strokeoftheclockbybrianmcc9922 the wheels still doesn't move and it does click
Thanks again Brian. Another great video. Very informative. Like both your and your dad's perspective as my partner has to put my power chair into our vehicle, is almost a second thought to me.
Owen, I am glad you liked my videos and thank you for your comments and subscribing.
Great video, thank you. I've just stumbled upon your channel and I am now subscribed. 👍

Seconded! Good battery hygiene with this type is to keep them regularly topped off
Do you have any idea how to activate Bluetooth
If this is for a Samsung Galaxy smart watch just say "hi BIxby turn blue tooth on". It will go to the blue tooth icon, an just slide the selector to ON. Hope this helps, Best Regards, Brian
Brian you are the true example of undomitible well! Love you much and keep up your amazing progress. 💜🙏
Nikki, thank you for your words of encouragement. They mean a lot to me. I love you too.
Hi did you have a bone marrow biopsy to confirm your condition? Hope all is well with you during the pandemic.
Mrs. MC, Yes I did have a bone marrow biopsy because they thought I may have Leukemia but it turned out negative.
@@strokeoftheclockbybrianmcc9922 mine was negative as well but I do suffer from high eosinophils in my blood and stomach. Thanks for responding. Stay well.
