Don't forget, 3 meals have to be prepared daily and servers. Cooks needed . Laundry service. Housekeeping. Employment of care givers, CNA. And in some States, LPN for medical supervision and drug administration. Administrator of Facility. Front Desk person. Facility and ground care. Meeting State Requirements.

I will be looking forward to getting a couple of these started up! I think I'll have to get you on the consulting services in 2025!
