What is the ampere
I can't say exactly, it doesn't draw that many amperes, usually a 12v light works like a cooling fan.

You might want to tell people you fixed your rectifier bridge between 1:00 and 1:30. - There is no grounding. - Your +12V line is going to be +12V compared to the ground you output, but if you plug this in with the positive lead connected to the top side, it'll be at 220V to 208V compared to actual ground. You know, the ground you're on, that you're trying really hard not to electrocute yourself on. - There is no fuse. - The construction style is extremely liable to have a single component slightly bent and shorting out, either blowing the capacitor, shorting your 220V input, or both of these and more. It's a fire trap. - You package that fire trap... in cardboard. Like it needed to get fuel too. As well as hiding how fragile the construct really is making it more likely for somebody to damage it and accidentally start a fire. But to be fair, the schema isn't half bad.
