Don't worry people, there is a super EASY way to get this, got it my first try after hours of pain. Choose 3 characters and 2 of them put on the Enfeeblement ring (turn you into a Toad). Then with the one without the Toad ring, attack the Mindflayer then move away from the other guys to draw him away from those little shits. I used Tifa but you can use whoever, and just harry the shit out of him to get him staggered, I had a Limit break around the time he was staggered and got him in 1. The toads won't be affected by those little shits so you have all the time in the world to kill the Mindflayer. I also used Chakra to heal but you can use cure if needed. It's super EASY this way. Stop stressing

I picked Barret because I couldn't find anyone else, I didn't know they were out on the deck till the 3rd round 🥲 Poor guy was already losing enough 😅 I liked this interaction with Aerith, probably the most I've seen him smile so far ❤ Although, Red stole the show at the end 😂

Did you know you can use Mohg's Shackle item to bind him to the ground and get 5-6 hits while he's down? Really helped me
