How to balance dopamine if it is in excessive due to nicotine
Great question! Nicotine can cause a temporary spike in dopamine levels, but balancing it out requires a more sustainable approach. Activities like regular exercise, mindfulness, eating dopamine-boosting foods (like bananas, nuts, and eggs), and reducing stress can help regulate dopamine naturally. It’s also a good idea to gradually reduce nicotine intake, as quitting suddenly can cause withdrawal symptoms. If you're dealing with addiction, talking to a healthcare professional can provide additional guidance. Hope this helps!

Broca is located in the temporal lobe.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Broca's area is located in the frontal lobe of the brain, specifically in the left hemisphere for most people. It is situated in the posterior part of the inferior frontal gyrus, just anterior to the premotor cortex and the primary motor cortex, which are involved in motor control. Broca's area is crucial for language production and is associated with speech and articulation.

Yesss but somewhere they are showing Sigmund Freud as the father of Psychology!!
Absolutely, you've touched on an interesting point! While Sigmund Freud is often regarded as a significant figure in the history of psychology, it's crucial to note that the field is vast, with many contributors shaping its evolution. Freud, with his pioneering work on psychoanalysis, laid some foundational concepts. However, contemporary psychology recognizes various schools of thought and influential figures. The title of the "father of psychology" is somewhat debated, as the discipline has evolved through diverse perspectives, including behaviorism, cognitive psychology, and humanistic psychology. Each has played a role in shaping our understanding of the human mind. It's always fascinating to explore the rich tapestry of psychology's history and acknowledge the diverse perspectives that have collectively contributed to the field's development. Thanks for pointing that out! What are your thoughts on the diverse influences in the history of psychology? 🤔

I fight this every day it’s doesn’t go away I use meds I want to sleep 😴 all day long
I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with this every day. It sounds like you may be experiencing a difficult mental health issue. While medication can be helpful in managing symptoms, it's important to also seek professional help from a mental health therapist or counselor. They can work with you to develop coping skills and strategies to help you manage your symptoms and improve your quality of life. Additionally, it's important to prioritize self-care, including getting enough restful sleep, eating nutritious foods, and engaging in physical activity that you enjoy. These things can help support your mental and emotional well-being. Remember, it's okay to ask for help and to take the time you need to prioritize your health and well-being. You are not alone in this struggle, and there are resources available to support you.

I know I have relapsed but I don't know what to do about it 😢
I'm sorry to hear that you're going through a tough time with depression relapse. It can be incredibly difficult to manage, but it's important to know that you're not alone in this struggle. One thing you can do is to reach out to a mental health professional, such as a therapist or psychiatrist, who can provide you with support and guidance in managing your symptoms. They may be able to recommend medication, therapy, or other treatment options that can help you get back on track. In addition to seeking professional help, there are also a number of self-care strategies you can try to help manage your symptoms. These might include practicing mindfulness or meditation, engaging in regular exercise, getting enough sleep, and connecting with supportive friends and family members. Remember, depression can be a challenging condition to manage, but with the right support and resources, it's possible to overcome it. Don't hesitate to reach out for help when you need it.

Ashwagandha and Vipassana meditation really helped me heal.
Hi Kunal, Thank you for sharing your experience of how Ashwagandha and Vipassana meditation helped you in dealing with depression. It's always inspiring to hear success stories from people who have found effective ways to overcome their struggles. Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic herb that has been traditionally used for its medicinal properties. It's believed to have stress-reducing and mood-enhancing effects, which can help alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. Vipassana meditation, on the other hand, is a mindfulness practice that can help you cultivate awareness of your thoughts and emotions, and develop a non-judgmental attitude towards them. It's great to know that these natural remedies have been helpful for you, but it's important to note that everyone's experience with depression is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another. It's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before trying any new treatment for depression. Thank you for sharing your insights, and I wish you all the best on your journey towards mental wellness.

TMS has helped me.
How has tms helped u?
That's great to hear that TMS has helped you! Could you share more about your experience with TMS and how it helped with your depression?
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain. The magnetic fields produced by TMS can alter the activity of the brain's prefrontal cortex, which is the region of the brain that is often involved in depression. TMS is typically used for people who have not responded well to traditional treatments for depression, such as medication or psychotherapy. TMS has been shown to be effective in treating depression in some people, particularly those with treatment-resistant depression. The exact way that TMS works to relieve depression is not fully understood, but it is believed to stimulate the release of neurotransmitters, such as serotonin and dopamine, which are important in regulating mood. TMS is a relatively safe and well-tolerated procedure, with few side effects. It is typically administered as a series of treatments, with each session lasting about 20-40 minutes. The treatment is usually given 5 days a week for several weeks. It's important to note that while TMS can be an effective treatment for some people with depression, it may not work for everyone. If you are considering TMS as a treatment option, it's important to talk to your healthcare provider to determine if it's right for you
These all describe me wtf and the worst thing is there’s nothing I can do to stop it
Hi dear, I'm sorry to know about this video described your current situation. Will you consider if I recommend you something?
@@psycacademy9289 I already know what you’re telling me to seek help I’ve been there done that didn’t work I’ve done it plenty of times I went for therapy and been medicated many times my depression will NEVER TRULY go away
If can please try TMS. It works. Transcrainial magnetic stimulation.
I'm sorry to hear that traditional treatments such as therapy and medication haven't been effective in treating your depression. It's understandable to feel frustrated and discouraged when struggling with a condition that doesn't seem to go away. However, it's important to remember that there are many different types of treatments available for depression, and what works for one person may not work for another. It may be worth exploring alternative treatments or therapies, such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or mindfulness practices. It's also important to remember that depression can be a chronic condition, but it is still possible to manage symptoms and improve quality of life. Seeking support from loved ones, participating in self-care activities, and staying engaged in activities you enjoy can all help to improve mood and well-being. I encourage you to continue seeking support and exploring different treatment options until you find what works best for you. Don't give up hope, and know that you are not alone in your struggle.

Every damn one. Its linked to my autism so will never go away.
I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling with a behavior that is linked to your autism. It's important to remember that everyone has unique challenges and struggles, and it's okay to seek support and resources to help manage them. Have you considered seeking help from a therapist or support group specifically for individuals with autism? They can provide you with coping strategies and tools to manage your behavior in a way that works for you. Remember that you are not alone, and it's important to prioritize self-care and seek the help that you need.
NPC giving common NPC-BS explanation
Millions of people, millions of people, millions of people, can see the "changes to our reality". Debunker's are in serious denial and would make any excuse not to see the changes, but there's an overwhelming amount of people "that see the changes" literally millions, could even be billions. And even stupid people that know basic math have enough common sense would tell you that this is a mathematical impossibility. As a child did you fail your math classes, did the teacher make you sit in the corner with a dunce cap. All you deniers look like the village idiot, you guys really need to grow a pair 🏀🏀

I'm shocked there's no comments here. Too depressed to say anything? I've had chronic clinical depression over 50 years. On Prozac for over 40 years. None of the meds help much but better than nothing though. I have all the symptoms mentioned. Anti social, stay away from people, no interest in living. I like helping others with anything but sensitive to any criticism or rejection. I'm puzzled when someone seems to like me. Don't they know how weird I am? I'm a Christian and always try to love others but don't get the chance often due to the depression. It makes everything look bleak and pointless. I despair of life. Want to die often but suicide is just not an option for me. Anyone else feel like this? I hate therapists. All they do is watch the clock. Disingenuous. Psychology is really just hogwash. I learn far more wisdom from the Bible.
Fully agreed with you until you mentioned the bible.
