ARGH! I had the 5K, but switched off because I didn't' think the road continued north after the round about! Still happy with my score.

I agree with all your assessments except maybe the last one. I never saw the player's guess go down, unless it was on the exact spot from fairly high up and was hidden by the flag, but the guess should be on "top" of the flag. It's obviously Vienna, but if there was a plonk, it was dead on.

Did you realise afterwards how long your cursor was hovering directly on Kyneton before you found it?

This entire challenge was loading SO SLOWLY for me. Still managed the right area each time, and 1 5K, but that was painfully slow. Dunno why. Cheers.

I found Albury on a bin fairly quickly, and olther than the fact that I'm blind to Albury on the map, I played well.

Absolute last second switch to the 5K on the final round, I just couldn't find a main road. I was stressing! Thanks!

I grew up on a station near Alice Springs, i used to go into Alice pretty much weekly and i could name most of these locations almost immediately, it was fun testing my knowledge of the town with this video 😅

Man, I killed it today. Lansvale had me stressing, because I couldn't find it until the last second. Proud of that one.

The difficult ones: Eemlanden: area near Eemnes. I've been on bike in that area like 40 years ago. My guess it was station Baarn, which was correct. The one in the far south was most difficult for me. Gulpener Bier, told me it was down there, because Gulpen is the name of a place. I've been there to a sauna center. Also, some German sounding names. Seemed like Gulpen was also on the roadsigns, as was Margraten, where the large war cemetery is. The others I couldn't interpret. I was stuck there.

The Salem Witch Trials were in Salem Massachusetts, close to where you guessed so your memory wasn't bad there, but Salem College is NC, as you found out. Also, you played the last two rounds NM! Well, I whiffed on the Round 3 because I forgot there was a Vancouver in the US, and was searching too far north. Also, I went to college at Round 5. Spent a lot of time at that stadium, and knew exactly where we were. Cheers!

Got it perfect! Oddly enough, only spent more than the usual 3 minutes on the first one. Took 2 minutes to figure out I was at the train station.

Oh my goodness I thought Nedlands Ct was in Nedlands and I jumped the gun and it ended up being in Melbourne💀

I swear, I can HAVE the council/township name, and it takes me 2 minutes 40 to find it, leaving not much to pinpoint. Region guessing with no info abysmal today. Cheers.

Your knowledge of the "look" of different places in Sydney is crazy. I'm left trying to find areas by trash bins and road angles. However, I plonked frustratedly on R5, and I should've checked the shops! Well done.

As far as the buildings in Providence, RI and St Paul, MN looking like the National Capitol Building: all the states have a Capitol building, and most of their architecture look similar to the National Capitol Building. Each of these locations started at or near the state capitol building. Also, at least in American spellings, Capitol is the building, Capital refers to the city. Good on you for figuring out most of the cities, lots of Americans don't know all the state capitals. 24.9K is highly respectable, and I bet would beat a lot of Americans. This one was made for me though. Took longer than I wanted on a couple rounds. The unofficial coverage on R1 was a bummer, but I finally got out of it. Would love to play this one again with you.
