I don't know too much about 40k, but from what I do know it would be a cool upgrade option for some of the models.

It's Age of Sigmar version of Space Marines, lol. Stormcast. He came in the Skaventide box they released with the 4.0 rules. They might have him for sale solo now. The new molds would work great with 40k conversions.

@HeTaLiA152 This guy is a rescue from eBay, actually. So, for the body skin I did a burgundy base to cover the orevious paint job and went dark green over that and layering up several shades of green using a dry brush method and finishing off with a vary faint yellow, also dry brush.

I also went back over it with the camo shade from citidal to finish the skin which blended my shades of green to gether nicely.

I do wish it was the paint. No, my chroma tab on the video editor is not good and could not separate the background colors from that on the model so Its just holes in the image with the background slipping through. Now that I think of it that would be an amazing paint effect. I bet using mirror paint would give off a nice reflective silver look. Not sure how it would look on something as small as trim, but it might just work.

I think the reflective mirror paint might only be spray paint. In that case I would prime the model in it and go over the spots I dont want reflective with normal paint.

Yes, the wings are a lot smaller than the video looks. Found that technique much simpler than trying freehand.

Thank you kindly. For this piece, I used a combo of Army Painter paints and airbrush paint.(Not sure the brand, it came with the airbrush). I only airbrushed the blood. The rest is by hand.

Slaves is by far my favorite army out of the 10 I have despite not being the strongest. I think they do better as an elite build, and they really lack in range. My biggest recommendation if you are just getting started is to download the app so you can look at the warscrolls of each unit to see how they work together before buying. Belakor is a good center piece and cheap pts wise compared to most center pieces. His dark master ability is arguably the best skill in the game.

If what I said doesn't help, just go with research your armies and units before buying by videos, articles, and army rules

Chaos lords on mounts with Chaos knights are a great combo. Def, speed, and they hit hard. The Chaos lords get 1st strike after charges and can pick knights to fight immediately and you still get to pick your first unit to fight giving you 3 attacks during combat before your opponents get 1. Chaos warriors are good and a enhanced unit of chaos Chosen will kill anything it touches for a few more pointers. Khorne and nurgle are your best 2 Chaos marks to chose for units. Just keep in mind wizards can't be Khorne
