Apparently Steve is right and Claire is heavier than she looks, cause all it took was her walking toward him for that floor to fall out from under them. Reminds me of Vicki Vale trying to convince Batman that she's 108 pounds. "You weigh a little more than 108." lol

I'm fairly certain there's a note somewhere that explains why the diamond key was in the morgue on that one guy's body (which, side tangent, I don't have a clue why you ended up having loud boss battle or whatever that was music in the morgue but wow that was strange. I was expected zombies to burst out of all of the morgue cases, but nothing out of the ordinary happened), but anyway, this is just a guess from a memory, which i might be confusing with REmake 3, but I think there's a note in the office where all of Branagh's team have desks, the room with the banner welcoming Leon, and I feel like there's a police report or something that talks about that, but I could be wrong. I think there's a note somewhere that mentions the reason for the diamond key being in there. I just can't recall where for certain.

I hated this boss fight. I beat him by the skin off my teeth, and never made it past his clone later in the game. Still the only metal gear I haven’t beaten.

She became so powerful that she couldn't be destroyed. Is it possible to learn this power? Not from the BSAA.

Ya know, you could get a lot of milage out of this series if you do the hero playthrough and then do a villain playthrough for the alternate reality. I know I enjoyed being villainous in Second Son more than being a hero. Regardless, double playthroughs for each game.

Now imagine playing it in 2000 on Dreamcast without strategy guide and very little help online. I still love this game though, I really hope the rumors of a remake are true!

Some of this game's dialogue really needed a rewrite. When Claire says "I did actually, he..." really needed to just say "I was told he's gone to..." cause the way Claire starts to respond to the question of "Did you find your brother?" makes it sound like Chris is actually inside the precinct somewhere. If they didn't want Claire to actually tell Leon that he's in Europe, just have dialogue that makes it make sense that she was going to say that.

Code Veronica has always been a very dark game. I think that’s why they want you to use the lighter so much. It’s supposed to set a mood and atmosphere.

I figure you never thought you’d hear from me again, but I had to give my boy Steve some love. This being PS5 instead of PC, I have no inclination of belief that Piers Nivans can be modded over Claire, but oh, if only, a Piers Sandwich with him in a center of Steve and Chris. Hopefully the tank controls will get easier for you the longer you play.
