No issues mate as such apart from off grid the heating you have to use on gas which is fine works great but does get through it when it’s cold and being on all night. I’m going to install a diesel heater to use when off grid. Awesome van though mate we love it. Let us know how you get on pal we off around Europe later this year so that will give it a good test. Yes the weather is so unpredictable atm its rubbish , we are booked for a night out down south at the coast this coming weekend, the forecast did look stunning,, but now it’s looking like another wet weekend 🙄😬 , the next door site is massive very tidy the showers are awesome and very clean , nice views but sadly we didn’t see them till the morning we checked out because of the fog, I personally wouldn’t want to stay there in the high seasons as that would be to busy for us , the reason we mountain bike in the dales is to get out in middle of nowhere and enjoy the peacefulness and of course the views , but generally not a fan of big sites .

Jason it’s was amazing spot, we just really enjoyed some us time a chilled out. Yeah the food ended up being a a bit wild 🤪 got carried away with the cooking. It’s good mate to be honest I’m a big bloke and can shower easily in it. It’s a nice touch having a shower 💯👌after our T5. Glad you liked the vlog I was gutted about the image quality near the end 🤦🏼 When I took my big camera off the gimbal I didn’t turn on the steady feature so it was really shaky 🤦🏼. We loved it there it was awesome 💯👊🏻.

Hi Eugene, sorry for the late reply. It’s just a blanket as the internal blind now leaves a small gap at the top due to our new rear camera mirror. Because we didn’t have the external cover on we just put a throw up trapped it in the sun-visors. Hope this helps mate.

It was the layout for us mate we wanted the garage at the rear, for our toys when we are out with our boat or mountain biking ect. I can add better bells and whistles like I have already better stereo speakers and sub, massive eco flow system to power off grid and still loads to go in yet like that. I’m adding better extras than they put in this van will be amazing and perfect for us brother star-link internet front winch loads to come yet. 💯🤜🏻🤛🏻 It’s got to be the van for you everyone is different and has different needs and requirements. 🤜🏻🤛🏻

@ I get what you mean about the layout which suits you. The configuration on the 68 is very popular indeed I much prefer camper construction to coachbuilds as being rigid and metal you dont get the damp issues.

Yes mate definitely they don’t last as long do they seals go then get damp.

It's the continued & constant use of such places which leads to cumulative environmental impact. They are not caravan sites but are being treated as such. Unfortunately many are not as responsible as yourselves.

🤣 Hi Suzy As the internal blind does not fully come to the top now due to the Mio rear camera so we just put a blanket under the sun visors to close the top bit off. We should have just put the Van Life Culture putter blond on but arrive late weather crap so it was a quick easy solution 🤣🤙❤️. Solar panel on roof

I know that I just wondered with having low light and rain thanks

The solar panel isn’t great mate, the bonded ones ain’t the best and it’s not that big 120 watts I think if I remember right. The leisure battery got low once during the trip. Dull crap weather and we had loads on ect. I’m installing a big Eco flow system in the van that’s will plug in and run the van like it was on hook up. Whilst away I rigged it up to the eco flow with a lead through the window brother. I’ve installed an Eco Flow alternator charger which works great keeping them topped up whilst driving to the next location. That charges them upto 800watts and can reverse charge to your main van battery. I’ll do a full vlog on this once I get it sorted. I’m going to install another solar panel a proper one on the roof rack at the rear which will also keep the Eco Flow topped up. Hopefully if I can make it fit with the other stuff. @ thanks I am thinking of doing something similar I’ve got two battery’s for the time being I am looking into lithium but the standard charger doesn’t charge it fast enough I’ve heard I am looking into it keep the videos coming mate 👍😂
