Most of big alliances now are using healing bots. You can make your own healing bots (normal low power accounts) with macro setting (auto clicker). Most of the games consider it as hacking, but i don’t know why DLS let it happens

@ probably the ID is wrong. Try to recheck the ID again. The ID number is right above the photo in his profile account. Or try to find his shelter manually on his region by asking him the coordinate of his shelter. What is his level ?

Second, Alliance’s Leaders can restock items in the alliance store if the alliance has those Gold coins. Click Alliance - Click Store. There are Silver Coins & Gold Coins. The leaders can select items in Gold coins to buy. The items that the leaders bought will appear in Silver Coins items. Hope this info helps you.
