Even if I am trying to watch realistic basketball anime, it still wasn’t enjoyable and I tried maybe like 10 episodes, Slam Dunk is watchable and an actual gem unlike this

the disrespect about hange's gender is insane to me.. most of the people claimed their gender as female because the basic aot watcher (and non manga reader) is presented with a character that has already been declared female by the show.. not leaving room for interpretation of their gender in the first place.. IF they were kept gender neutral in the anime it would be no problem for people to say they think hanji's a woman... and i wouldn't state it's obvious they are a woman just cause they were drawn with boobs in the first two seasons... that changed in s3 and especially s4.. mappa did what wit should have done in the first place with making them look more androgynous (i love both studios don't get me wrong).. anyway having a character that has not been assigned a specific gender is unique and special and should be celebrated and appreciated and not discared like that i know this video is already 3 years old but i still wanted to share my thoughts anyway
