ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. (WNDU) - For the first time, a married mom of three has been crowned “Miss Indiana USA,” and she’s from right here in Elkhart County!
Stephanie Sullivan was named Miss Indiana USA at a pageant earlier this month in Indianapolis. Her victory comes after recent rule changes in the program allowed more women to compete.
