Trying to edit for Audiology purposes. Changed the Pubpid to Fitting Date for hearing aids. But I need to make it automatically calculate 3 months from then and alert someone to schedule them, they also need scheduled in 6months.. really don't want to calculate them manually. The sad part is I don't think it even matters. Because sometimes they'll come in at a different date, so I may just create a input date field. But I"d like it to schedule or alert a scheduler..is there a way to have it do calculations from a date?

@Affordable Custom EHR I had open the form to get the credentials in a new tab and now when I try to do it the way you did it, I get an error saying that the subscription ID has been used. @ 2:05 there is nothing on the notification email indicates where to clink on a link to take them to the portal URL????is that a shortcoming … on openemr V5 it used to put the link to the portal in the email.

Just if I may add, If you do not have in your installation php( version, mine was 8.1)-zip, get it first. So on ubuntu : sudo apt-get install php8.1-zip then restart apache2 Otherwise that circle under the install button @ 1:17 will keep going forever….. :)

Can you make a video about generating an invoice and customizing it with only the information you want from their file, change how the invoice looks, and adding your logos + wordings.The idea is that you can print it and hand it to them. I don't really care about saving the billing invoice into the EMR system since I just print the invoice and save it as a PDF in one of the patient's document lists.

What version are you using? I can't see the register button in Openemr v7 patient portal.

This is great for those using a cloud based deployment! I was looking at getting a proof of concept version running on a raspberry pi. Is there any chance you are creating a tutorial on running open emr on a local machine? I have been looking into the docker deployment but don't know much about docker past running the pull command.
