In a single action revolver especially, the faster rounds tend to print lower because they leave the barrel earlier in it's recoil angle. The slower ones leave a tad later as the barrel is rising and so, print a bit higher. This is much more pronounced with say, 45 Colt...

I think 2-2.5" groups at 30 yards with the open sights is good accuracy. It's very hard to get perfect sighting. Thanks for the vid! I put some original Ruger walnut grips on mine - I just happen to have some in my parts box. The revolver is probably shooting more like an inch group = you're just making minute sighting errors - very hard not to do... an optic mounted would allow you to get the most accuracy out it but then, it adds so much bulk.... That's minute of squirrel right?

I have a Ruger sr-556 made in 2009 first year production it is robust accurate heavy rifle and so reliable. Would not ever think of letting it go.

I have the take down version!!!! And turn your gas down 1 setting....maybe even 2 settings.

I have a Ransom rest. I've been meaning to put my Mark 4 in it and test out ammo. I'm not a fan of any Winchester rimfire ammo anymore. I used to like it many years ago. I won't hardly buy it nowadays unless it's cheap.

Norma is good for the money at closer ranges. In my experience the sd and extreme spread is much higher with the Norma. It just doesn't matter as much at closer ranges.

Going from 30 to 50 yds you might be surprised on the outcome. Try norma match at least do match ammo against match ammo

Nice, the norma is pretty good. The tac22 and match 22 has been pretty good for me ran a kyl at 120 yards with it Saturday made a decent video 😊
