Material gain or progress, material wealth or prosperity is not at all a parameter for assessing or measuring godliness, spirituality or closeness to God. Not even knowledge of God. There are season's of fruitfulness. Until it comes, there will be lack and some dryness. Jesus taught His disciples, "a man's life does not consist in the abundance of the things which he has but in how ricknhe is towards God. This means that a Christian's ranking or richness towards God does NOT include material things at all.

Read Acts 17:26-27, you would notice that God deliberately positioned us in our habitation to seek after him, like someone finding his way in the dark. It's those that are led by the Spirit of God, that are sons of God. An average black man is always carnal. Don't fix time line for prayer. Let's pray as we are led by God. Why all these confusion in the body of Christ?

I am thoroughly disgusted with the current trend and craze for browsing through RUclips and looking for messages of genuine men of God and cutting out snippets of 5 to 10 seconds of non weighty matters and making 5 to 10 hours videos on it. I am not against calling out obvious wrong doctrine, but this wave of focusing on little issues is from hell and not from God. There are far weighter heresies that only a few focus on e.g., purgatory, doctrine of little and big mortal sins, doctrine of once saved forever saved, holiness is impossible doctrine, use of candles and perfumes during prayer, praying naked, praying to and worshipping angels, praying through dead saints, praying with eggs, praying near rivers, spiritual baths, bathing with black soap or special soaps, bathing with blue or special sponge, carrying sacrifice to road junctions at night, polygamy, killing or burying birds, goats etc to atone for sins or for family deliverance etc. Many Christians secretly practice these things and are on their way to hell, yet these issues are not placed on the front burner. I am careful of how I handle the messages of genuine men of God. Calling them out for any little issues that is not going to lead anybody to hell is not my purview. If you want to find a Bible interpretation"mistake" in the message of any man of God, I repeat ANY MAN OF GOD you will find it. Just spend time listening, you will surely find it. For clarity sake, I don't follow Pst Korede, I didn't even know him until this controversy came up. So I have no conflict of interest to declare in this matter.
