W podcast. The main issue with TLOU2 is the story structure. If the game started with Abby in the forest with her dad and seeing her friends and we get her half of the game up until she meets Joel, I think it would've been much better recieved. Now, for the issues with the story itself. Joel wouldn't give his and his brother's names out like that. Him being old is not an excuse as before he did it to protect himself, now he would do it to protect Ellie and Jackson as a whole. Especially since he knows he has a huge target on his back based off what happened at the end of the first game. Because he gave them a fake name, we would get more time with Abby's friends and be able to finally ge their character that the original story missed and they'd be able to bond with (Joel) and therefore, we'd bond more with them. The next issue is my main issue with the game, the timing of Joel's death and how he was killed. If you played or watched the first you knew that Joel was going to die in this one. That's not the problem. We've spent an entire game with him, with his tactics only for him to break them in this game to serve the story. Another main issue is Mel and Dina. Why would they go on a life or death expedition WHILE THEY'RE PREGNANT!?! It's just dumb. Still dont get why Ellie would still go to get Abby after being able to relax with Dina. I get she was having PTSD but she has people she can talk to. But since she went, she should've 100% killed Abby but we'll see how they're story pans out in the 3rd installment. Hopefully, it's better than this.

OK, you guys know I’m listening to this and I gotta say the hate is not towards her if you guys are actually reading all the comments, the hate is directed towards him. You can’t just go off the article because they spun the article. I have so much to say on this topic! You guys are only seeing it from your point of view and your own feelings. This is why having people that have different opinions from you is good to have on your podcast because you are only saying things from your point of view you need to see things from the other point of view to fully understand. At the same time when people have different points of view, it’s the wrong way. You guys are going off an article that they literally said was spun in a completely different direction. He didn’t pull her away from anything. She wanted to sacrifice her dreams for family. It’s frustrating when people only see things in one view. Some people want that life of living on a farm, some people want the life of having numerous amounts of children, some people want to live to do things for their husband and family but in the world we live in that means the woman is brainwashed and being held captive. That’s not it at all. This generation sometimes frustrates me. You guys are assuming everything. You’re assuming he’s holding her captive, you’re assuming she wants to continue her ballet, you’re assuming that she’s exhausted and really doesn’t wanna live this life! You guys are all assuming everything because you only have one point of view. I am a woman who worked and had children I am now a woman who is a stay at home mother and has children. Yes sometimes I would love to get the hell out of this house because doing the same thing every single day is like living in the movie Groundhog Day. It’s overwhelming, but at the same time, some of us want to do everything for our family and are willing to give everything up to do that. It has nothing to do with being conservative. You don’t think you guys are being judging right now? I could keep going because the more I listen to this the more I want to comment back on multiple things that you guys are saying.
