I agree - great to hear. Thanks.
Thanks for listening
Lovely to hear from Jeremy and Felicity. Great interview.
Looking forward to listening to next time😊
We have tended to overlook angels, their roles and how we will one day judge/rule over them (1 Cor 6:3). Billy Graham wrote a small but interesting book called “Angels” that is well worth reading. Thanks for your message Jon.
Thanks Steve. Yes, they are overlooked aren't they. I actually have that book on my shelf. I opened it for this particular weeks message but only flicked through it really. Hadn't picked it up in years.
Great idea. I'm looking forward to them.
Well done under difficult circumstances.
Religious people aren't stupid. What they have done is chosen to believe the lies of organized religion and given up their self determination by entering into a "control system" cleverly disguised as a "belief system". It protects their oppressors from being attacked by the oppressed because killing is a sin.....unless "God" tells us to kill, then its A-O-K! The belief in a deity who stopped checking in with us publicly a few thousand years ago simply doesn't hold water. An omnipotent, immortal, loving and merciful deity standing by and doing nothing as their "children" suffer the unspeakable horrors of never-ending war, crime, parasites, accidents and disease. Every second of every day people are suffering and dying in a chorus of screams that have echoed through eternity. No, they are not stupid, but they have turned off their critical thinking abilities when it comes to the really BIG lie. Fortunately, their numbers are dwindling as more people awaken to the biggest, most uncomfortable truth of them all......there is no personal "God" watching over us and answering our prayers. If there were torture wouldn't be a thing, but it is. Pedophilic priests wouldn't be a thing, but they are. Rape and sodomy wouldn't be things, but they are. Unless, of course, "God" isn't a loving or merciful "God"at all. That seems to fit the evidence much better wouldn't you say? Want to free your mind and understand what the Bible really is? Where is the actual message of the sermon, “our father” is rhetoric not a basis of an educational passage. In the sentiment of the Lord’s Prayer, our position as children is still a footnote and we need to understand what our position as gods children represents, how this trait embodies itself in our day to day lives, how we can live to be gods children with utmost faithful purity.
Thank you for this message. 4 of my 5 children do not know our Lord Jesus as their Saviour. One does. There is conflict between the three that were with their father and the youngest who lived with me plus his brother who now is a Christian and this is breaking my heart. I have been reconciled to all of them except the Christian son who does not speak to any of us. I love my Lord and have been born again 23 years and pray for all of my children all of the time. I am finding it extremely difficult to stay apart from their differences. I do not have a regular church to go to and am lacking in Christian fellowship and support. Your message has inspired me thank you. 🙏❤🙏❤🙏 Jesus is all I need.
Very encouraging message. Thank you.
Great to meet the Elders & Deacons!
