It's not annoying at all. The only time it gets loud is when a huge military transport jet flies overhead, but those are the most interesting ones.

Calvin is having fun, and his personality is wide open and fully unleashed. No shyness at all. His room is kept nice and clean (he likes that), and he has many toys that he enjoys playing with. There are times of the day when he wants peace and quiet for daydreaming and sleep, but then he'll suddenly burst into action. During those times, he loves interaction with us, and he gets a whole lot of that. We sit on the floor, and he climbs all over us. He also has self-created games that he loves to play with us. Having a healthy diet with tasty treats, and a nice large room for rampaging and exploring, along with two clean litter boxes to choose from, that obviously makes him feel like the king of the world.

Don't worry. His name isn't John Calvin. It's Calvin bar Jay.

Unfortunately, it's not complete since I missed several games this season.

I filmed the girls' game against Covington on 1/4, but I had to leave before the boys' game. Sorry. I really don't like it when Lakeland plays schools like Covington. Apparently, Covington doesn't have any freshmen teams, so they use their JV teams to play against Lakeland, and it is very unfair to have Lakeland's 14 year old freshmen playing against juniors and seniors. That needs to stop. It's not fair to the kids.

@@MemphisWeirdo Yes, there are definitely growing pains for the next few years. The issue is that the other schools can’t field freshman teams while it’s all we have until our current freshmen are juniors. It’s probably why LP isn’t having 8th graders play up: we can field one team but just freshman. Our first HS Lacrosse team is comprised of 9th & 8th players, so we’re in the same boat with two sports. We’ll get there and thank you for recording what you can!

Thanks. I appreciate the kind words. I'm just trying to provide some watchable film for the kids to use to promote themselves for scholarships, and for the coaches to use for analysis, and for the parents to have a video record of their kids' playing days. Plus, it's fun to do.
