@@StamfordBridge Well, short answer is yes. Long answer is that "No soap, Radio!" is itself a practical joke that got started in the 1950s (It even has a wikipedia page) used to mess with your friends and see if they'll just laugh at what you said and act like they got it, or they'll become confused and you can use that to further mess with them.
