What is Goat Format?
“Goat Format” refers to a Yu-Gi-Oh! format that was officially played during the summer of 2005. It gets its name from the popularity of the card Scapegoat during this time period. It is a format that is still widely played today using the same card pool, ruleset, and banlist.

Beautiful build
That’s a good build bro. I loved the synergy with Roc, Winged Blast, and Falcos, specifically combined Transformation.

Yo, been a fan of your content! I’ve never seen Ninjitsu used like this. Super clean, love the engine, recycling with Yae, etc. Super super spicy, kudos to this build man! Best harpie deck I’ve seen in Goat 🏆
Is this competitive?
i dont think its quite there. its fun but it still needs more work. i think the limited card pool in goat format really limits what you can do with harpies. i personally really like the synergy between the ninja cards and the harpies. its really fun when you are able to combo off summoning multiple monsters and bouncing the opponents board back to their hand/deck. you can really stop theyre momentum. but yeah feel free to try it out on duelingbook or any other simulater and iterate upon it! lmk if you find any cool ways that improve the deck. i really enjoy feedback :)

I'm pretty sure Transformation's effect needs the summoned monster to be exactly 3 levels higher. Some suggestions would be Dustshoot & Duo since if you're Trunading cards back, it means hand control cards have more use here. Love the deck though! Excited to see more profiles!
Yo Janjo! I'm a fan! I love your YuGiOh! History series and Goat Format deck techs! You nearly made my heart stop, I had to double check Ninjutsu Art of Transformation's card text, it states that I can special summon a monster from hand or deck "whose level is less than or equal to the level of the tributed monster +3. I double checked the rulings on goatformat.com and searched the web to see if there were any errata's to the card since the time of goat format that I may have not been aware of, I wasn't able to find anything. So I'm safe playing the card as intended in this build! I definitely wanna get my hands on duo. I would def run it here in place of a copy of terraforming. I like the suggestion to include Dustshoot. It has good synergy with Yae but I think to maximize it's effectiveness in this deck I would have to consider replacing Falcos and Wind Blast as they return cards to the top of the deck rather than the hand. If I opted for a Dustshoot build I think i might swap the Wind Blasts with something like Compulse. You're suggestion def warrants further testing! @@NerdyWestside oh yeah you're right, my bad! Wind decks definitely need more testing, but I think this is the right direction! I recall seeing a deck that ran 1x Terra 1x HHG, and 1x Rising Air Current was a nice ratio. I hope we see a topping wind deck at some point like we have with water & earth. Love the Roc tech!
Is slate warrior legal in goat format?
Yes! I didnt include it here cause its a fiend type monster. So its not searchable with rota, too big for flyibg kamikiri to bring out and wouldnt get a hunting ground atk boost. I have seen some wind beatdown focused goat format deck run slate warrior tho!

Love the deck! I've been playing harpies for some time and I came to the conclusion that instead of running 3 'harpie hunting ground' you can switch one for a 'rising air current'. The attack boost of 500 for ALL wind monsters (instead just 200 for winged beasts) is absolutely insane in this deck! Also you have more diverse choice with the 'terraforming' this way, depending on the situation. Another thing I found out which is sooo damn good in this deck is 'harpie lady 2'. It is basically a 'blade knight' but without the restriction of having to be the only monster you control. With so many discard effects you can easily include 2x 'silpheed' in the list. Maybe replacing 1x 'terraforming' and 1x 'lady ninja yae' (since it is easily searchable I don't think you need to play 3). I hope you will consider my suggestions for your next profile! yo thanks so much for checking out the video! I love you're suggestions. Replacing a hunting ground makes sense since im running terra forming anyway. That extra 500 atk buff from rising air current would be really nice and like you said add diversity to my terra forming search targets! ...I cannot believe I didn't really consider Harpie Lady #2 at all. Her effect is so good. Plus she's super searchable!!! I have considered Silphee before I kinda go back and forth between including him in the list or not. He does have a really powerful effect. And he's special summonable plus with rising air current he would be a 2200 beater! Def got alot to consider here haha thanks so much for the suggestions :)
