Rendered with Eevee but also Cycles for the motion blur.

The additional levels of subdivision in the adaptive subsurf modifier are present in the render and not in the live preview. Because of this, there are more polygons during the render, which makes the edges of the petals smoother.

      Select your smoke domain. In the physics properties editor, the top section is called "Smoke." There is a number input called "Time" in that section. The word "Scale" is in the box itself. You just need to keyframe that property up or down to adjust the speed of time in the smoke simulation. If you want your simulation to always be in slow motion, then don't bother with keyframes and just keep the time setting permanently adjusted. Edit: These are instructions for Blender 2.7x. I don't know how different things are in 2.8.

      Ah, I understand. You're wondering how to take something like "1+2" as a string and evaluating it to be 3. You'll need to do some research on using the MSScriptControl or "programming in .net on the fly." I used a script control, and article can be found here: docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/visualstudio/visual-studio-6.0/aa227633(v%3dvs.60) To add the script control to your project, you'll need to add a reference to it first. In Visual Studio, click "Project", then "Add Reference", be sure to select the COM tab on the left, then scroll down to find "Microsoft Script Control 1.0" and check that box. Click OK and you're set to go. From there, you'll want read up on how to use a script control to evaluate expressions.

    • @ahmedsamawe5002
      @ahmedsamawe5002 6 лет назад

      thank you sir for your answer, if the user want yo find the root of function ( say>>>> sin(x) ) , first i ask the user to input the function he want to find the root of it , he will write ( sin(x) ) in the ( input msgbox ) the problem i faced i cant write the suitable code in my program to make the program know which the function input and us it as y=sin(x), and recognize it as mathematical input not just a script ,i have a code that can find (( all )) the root of any function in any interval for 15 digit for example if the function is ( sin(x) )and for interval [0,20] the result is [3.14159265358979 6.28318530717958 9.42477796076937 12.56637061435920 15.70796326794890 18.84955592153870]

    • @3E8mps
      @3E8mps 6 лет назад

      ahmed samawe Yes, to do that you'll need the script control. You will be using the Eval method from a script control to evaluate a string as a mathematical expression. To find the roots, you'll want to look up Newton's method or another algorithm to solve for the roots. In the script control's code, create a variable called x and then you will be able to feed "sin(x)" into the script control's Eval method.

    • @3E8mps
      @3E8mps 10 лет назад

      When fraction mode is enabled, Photon does its best to locate a fraction, irrational, or factor of pi that is equal to your calculated answer. And yes, it does this for any answer, not just the "famous" trig values.

    • @quangho8120
      @quangho8120 10 лет назад

      3E8mps So basically, your telling me that it will have a for loop from 1 to ..... , take the square root one by one and try to divide the answer to see if the answer is rational ?

    • @3E8mps
      @3E8mps 10 лет назад

      Hồ Ngọc Quang It's a bit more complicated than that, since it will also simplify something like "sqrt(9/5)" into "3*sqrt(5)/5" (basically it rationalizes the denominator). And I don't use a For loop, I use a While loop. Also, to speed up calculations, I only check for factors of perfect squares up to the square root of the given number, because numbers higher than that are redundant. This results in very fast code.
