I just want to express my thank you to the creator of this vid, the care and effort it took to put your together was an incredible labor of love and respect for those who lost their lives that day, AND those who kept their cool so that others did survive. I still remember every minute of that morning. The world changed that day.

Boston and Washington airports were they very close to new York they were within that area so whens Ericsson 111 went misding and they realised it was hijacked with hindsight it was obviously hoing for tgat area somewhere okay they could have gone to any state but hijackers want to make a impact strange point but the second plane he was really having to hive them really detailed instructions im wondering if the pilot already had a gun at his head he didnt seem a confident pilot that was American 11 that fidnt soun d right or he was a bit worried but I think it was actually American was it 765 that sounded iffy more than American 11. Such a pity if they were iffy about passengers that they didn't raise concerns like theve said in some covkpitvthings now if uour not happy speak up

The confusion in the beginning is because they were going to have War Games that day. That’s why they keep saying “is this real world or exercise”. No one was even close to be ready for it. That’s why the 2 fighters that went up after flight 11 they went up with no weapons. They were going to take out flight 93 with the fighter jets basically a suicide mission. Those brave souls “Everyone ready, let’s roll…”. Such a powerful last sentence from those heroes on flight 93.

So frustrating that people have to keep repeating things - and still get it wrong . People just don't listen.

Firefighter John Weiss was seen asking staff if any elevators were working and Captain Terence Hatton was crawling through a shattered window to get into the Lobby. All hands lost from Rescue One.

Keep in mind that this is OLD technology. In 2001 they didn't even have GPS or smart phones. Considering all of this I find it amazing that they were able to communicate and support each other as well as they did. NYC residents knew more about it from watching the giant TV at Times Square than the people working for the airplane companies and the military. The stuff going on in the air and on the ground are two very different things.

9:08 “Rescue Three to Manhattan, on your frequency.” Rescue Three coming in from the Claremont neighborhood of The Bronx. All hands lost.

25:59 “Squad 252 to Manhattan.” Squad 252 coming in from Bushwick, Brooklyn. WPIX (PIX 11) cameraman Johnathan Fine will capture them gearing up before heading in. All hands lost.

12:17 “Car 3 to Manhattan.” FDNY Chief of Department Peter J. Ganci Jr. responding to the World Trade Center. He and his staff were initially trapped by the Collapse of the South Tower, but were able to dig out. He then ordered his staff, Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik, Fire Commissioner Thomas Von Essen, and Mayor Rudy Giuliani to evacuate while he and First Deputy Commissioner William Feehan stayed behind. He told Rudy Giuliani: “I’m not leaving my men.” He was the highest ranking fire officer to die that morning.

11:59 “Squad 288 to Manhattan.” Squad 288 coming in from Maspeth, Queens. ABC will capture their last moments together as they all went in. All hands lost.

9/11/2024 23 years to the day and still so many unknowns. I remember that entire day rather vividly. For years afterwards it seemed as if i noticed every plane in the sky. Every single one...and id just stop, watch, and wait. To our first responders...love you guys more than youll ever know...thank you.

7:48 “Take that in, K.” Manhattan Dispatch authorizing Ladder Three to head down. Ladder Three’s captain, Patrick “Paddy” Brown will head up and will assist numerous civilians heading down. Captain Brown will radio in this message to dispatch: “This is Three Truck and we’re still heading up.” When the South Tower fell, command will advise Ladder Three to evacuate; but Captain Patrick Brown refused. He said: “This is the officer of Ladder Co. 3. I refuse the order! I am on the 44th floor and we have too many burned people with me. I’m not leaving them.” All hands were eventually martyred and the front end of Ladder Three was crushed. The rig is displayed at the National September 11th Memorial and Museum.

7:36 “Three Truck to Manhattan.” Ladder Three calling in from Houston Street and West Broadway in SoHo asking to deploy down to the World Trade Center after being advised by civilians who saw the fire.

6:40 “Engine 55 to Manhattan.” Engine 55 from Little Italy requesting Ambulances for the wounded out on the West Side Highway. Their lieutenant, Peter Freund; had just applied to be a math teacher at Westtown High School. He and his men were martyred. His acceptance letter came a week later. Engine 55’s rig was also featured in Mark LaGanga’s footage taken after the South Tower’s collapse and prior to the North Tower’s collapse. Engine 55 was also the company of actor Steve Buscemi. He would spend days sifting through the rubble alongside his fellow firefighters.

5:13 “Rescue Two’s responding, K.” Rescue Two heading down from Crown Heights, Brooklyn to the World Trade Center upon Deputy Chief Peter Hayden’s request for a rescue company. All hands lost.

3:59 “Squad 1-8 to Manhattan.” Lt. William McGinn advising dispatch that American Airlines Flight 11’s crash was a terrorist attack and that the FDNY would need to mobilize everyone down there. All hands lost.

Hey few days ago i found a 4 hour long youtube with the whole timeline of what happened on that day, it was basically the the tv broadcast of that day starting 1 or 2 hours before the first crash, there was an animated map of the flights, the radio recordings, etc. It was very detailed with timestamps of what exactly happened and even mention worthy coincidences. I can't find it anymore, can someone help?
