Bro, you need a real estate agent. Representing yourself is not the smartest idea because like you said, you don’t know the legal terms and how to write contracts. We used an agent when buying our home and I could not imagine representing myself! I am glad the house buying talk is back on the table because I felt like you threw in the towel too quick! Bro! Go to the Westlake Rec in my opinion it’s the best gym on the west side. They have a pool, basketball courts, and state of the art workout equipment. And they have nice walking/running trails in the Spring/Summer!

Alanta only has like 50k more people then Cleveland. And Cleveland has a combind metro with Akron Caton and Youngstown, so even going by the metro area, it's only smaller by a mill or 2. It's like comparing NYC to Chicago, but you make it out like it's NYC to Mayberry

A little late to this week's upload but all great ideas and great goals for the year that's for sure Somethings I can't wait for you to achieve this year which I'm fully confident in and as usual always gives me somethings to think about in my life too example moving in with my long distance girlfriend this summer start going to church more this year get more serious about my future career and how best to work out my adult life even though I'm only 23 and coming up on one year since graduating college it's a lot to think about and try to stay committed to but think of how great everything will feel at the end of the year when we do accomplish our goals this year as always looking forward to the next video as always

Not sure if you know this or not but if you remote start your car and for whatever reason need to turn it off before it automatically shuts off, all you have to do is press the remote start button on your key fob and that will turn it back off.

I only want to experience snow while visiting somewhere. I cannot imagine living somewhere that snows consistently! Adulting the right way isn’t cheap. It’s a blessing to be able to provide your future wife with the essentials of life… a home and a reliable car! Condos are a greater starter for your first home but them HOA fees are sometimes very high and they also get assessed for updates and repairs. I think you and Sky should do what’s best for you both and not what’s “traditionally” done! Traditions are what you make it!
