Welcome and thank you for swinging by my channel. I've decided to make a channel b/c after being in the lawncare industry for over 20yrs, I don't agree with some of the content that's out there. Especially for those just starting off & how it can realistically applies to a lot of us. I'm not saying that I know everything. I just don't agree. What might work in my market might not work in yours. So join me on my journey & hopefully we can learn from each other along the way.

Hello , your videos are amazing but your channel is not being optimized properly so your videos are not going viral. I think it is very important to do some work on your channel. I can give you free advice to make your videos viral. Please see my description. I am waiting for you.
Can you share where you purchased for $2500?
So glad I found you here too. Now I get to laugh twice as much! 😂
Can I borrow that next week?! 😂
Damn how much snow are you getting? 🤣
@ They’re saying it could be several inches.
Can I create free thumbnails for you?
Finally found you here !! TikTok 😢😢😢
You couldn't say this any better. You keep me going on my bad days because it's so hard to fit in the world when stuck in between. My name is Becky and I think you should never stop be you nor do I think you should ever stop taking to the world. You were sent to back up people like me. You're fucking awesome and we are surviving a fucked up world that we didn't have to worry about growing up. You were sent and you are the shit girl
Hello Sir, Do you need a professional youtube thumbnail designer and youtube video SEO expert?
It’s been 5 years since we’ve had accumulation of snow so we are due for 3-4 inches
@@Thedirtywork it looks like that Polar Vortex is going to bring some interesting weather.
That's what I tell my wife! She's due for 3-4 inches!
i put the clamshell [dumps from the seat]bagger on in late fall an take it off in the spring. i also have a v ride with the full mulch kit for yards i dont have to bag. and i have other mowers that are left to side discharge where needed. in all i have 6 scag mowers set up for all needs so i just load what i need for that day. an i work solo.
Dude that’s awesome.
DAD I HOPE YOU HAVE AN AWESOME 2025! ALL THE BEST AND EAT LOTS OF PANCAKES
Hey Rich, thank you. I hope you have an awesome 2025 also !
Hey bro can i have your email. (For business Contact)
For a second I thought you were about to sweep some insurgents
Well anything is possible
IMO for the yards THAT I DO -THAT I DO $2500 is way much to spend on something that i have to remove from the mower and is so cumbersome with the tube and all that. I like the Accelerator bagger that just hangs on the deck- $600 - I can drop it without even getting off the mower-no tubes-extra pulley/belt and all that. if im going that deep then i would just have a dedicated mower for leaf jobs like a Navigator or a Walker- I could be done with 2 jobs while your still installing it.. then 2 more while you uninstalling it. I would only install it one time dedicating that mower for leaf cleanups and I would have to be doing so much leaf work that i can justify a $2500 add on. I would have ask myself how many leaf jobs will it take for me to get my $2500 back. Not to mention it makes the mower longer and wider on the trailer as well
Hi Ray, so once the bagger is on the plan is to keep it on for the rest of the season. I have other mowers for just mowing & a different mower for just mulching leaves. I agree it is wide with the bagger. I’m concerned the tube might get damaged using the enclosed trailer so it might be mostly used on the open trailer. The plan for next season is to keep the Scag & John Deere on the open trailer & the Toro grandstand & Wright mower in the enclosed trailer. I’ll see how it works out. You know how it is, you make adjustments until it seems right or happy with. Thank you for watching & feedback
@LawnscapesAmerica 👍
Hi, your video is very nice. I am your sub:, follower, I will design thumbnails for your new videos, give me your IG.
I never thought about the fact that you could dispose in their dumpsters
At some sites you can as long as its in your contracts. A lot is shopping centers want you to get your own dumpster. A 4yd will set you back $150-$225 a week. If you do change the bags, it definitely pays
IMO I think a good bagger setup is much better than blowing to the curb. I want that blue colonial house across the street.
I agree, the grass looks soo much cleaner & crispier when it’s bagged.
Oh that was dusty Virgil
Are you disagreeing because of the spanish accent or because you're a big nincampoot? 12:10
Huh ? I don’t personally know who that gentleman is that said he was disagreeing with him .
A strong team culture fosters trust, collaboration, and purpose, motivating employees beyond financial incentives. When people feel valued and connected, they bring passion and commitment, driving productivity and long-term success.✌️

We would often leave the pipe gap as well. It’s most often not going to change enough to matter on large material. On small block we’d use a granite powder. Easy to level out and keep moving.
I thought those 2 were going to get into a heated argument over it. I agree, we used to leave the pipe gap. The ginger guy arguing is a solo hardscaper. Nice guy, I just didn’t agree with some of his methods he told us about during the break
@ Yeah he seemed aggressive and “I’m better”.
A lot of the wholesalers and suppliers have training and events this month. Through the winter really. My favorite is the lighting and irrigation place. Homemade chili and bbq. A couple others do fish fries and oyster roasts.
I think these are great. Although after talking to a few guys there, I think they should have a class on how to go from removing the grass to installing the base.
@@LawnscapesAmerica Absolutely. And installing with a pitch. I designed one years ago that had a 20’ radius with massive slabs and a knee wall. So it had to all slope to the center to a drain or it would flood in heavier rains. The stone size made it tricky for them at the radius point. But the cool thing is we took a large concrete saw and cut slits into the center stone so there was no grate in the center.
Great video - how much do u pay the guy that messed up the bush's?
@@rayrayslawnlandscape2008 Now you try to say something positive about the video you’ve been talking shit on for 3 days? But I notice you offer no insight. Then again, what insight would a yard janitor that finds day labor to mow cow pastures have to offer?
Hi Ray, so everyone starts off @ $18 per hour plus incentives. They go out knowing how much time is allocated to do a landscaping job. I use Clock Shark for time keeping b/c I use a payroll company. It makes life SO much easier. That way if they need a pay stub or W2 to finance something or get an apartment/house it’s not a problem. It’s less headache for me & works for us. I’ll try & do a video on it
@@LawnscapesAmerica How do u incentivise a employee coming in the door at 18hr?
@@rayrayslawnlandscape2008 If it’s a day $2000 day & allocated for 6hrs & they finish 4hrs then there’s a percentage of it that I pay out. Then I try & add other work for the day if possible. My goal is to always have a full day of work. For the parking lots I have 1 part time day porter & 1 driver that only works 3-4 nights a week. They just get a $100 no BS cash bonus every 5 weeks. I call it the no bs bonus b/c as long as I don’t get any complaints from any property manager then they get the $. I’ll try and do a more thorough video on it
Yo Gringo! They say it takes 3-5 touches but I’ve had really good success with less at certain times in certain areas.
Thank you Jim
It happens man just replant and sell the balled ones to a different client 😊
Hey Neil, that’s what we are doing. It’ll be in the part 2 video. Thank you for watching
Who doesn't like BALLS?? The nerve of some people.... Merry Christmas dad
You really should’ve blamed the employee and belittled them on social media. Any half broke RUclipsr can tell you that!!! 😂 Personally this is why I typically only allowed one person to prune. It could be anyone as long as I or a supervisor had trained them on proper technique and individual client requests. Really good subject!
Hey Jim, I could try just having 1 person trimming & see how it goes. Thank you for watching
I Agree! any wanna be youtuber- all the way broke moucher - would not do that cause he aint got nothing going on-sorta like the waterboy on the sideline🤣🤣- Not to mention I bet he aint paying $300 bucks for his employee to do the bush's either!. See in business the more you pay someone more responsibility they must take on! Just thought i would share that business tip with you Jim! Keep watching Jim u may learn a few thing from guys like me and Virgil. (folks that really are in business and dont just play like they are on youtube.🤑🤑
@ I’m so deep in your head you wrote me a novel! How cute. Was this a Christmas present or an early valentine?! 🤣 You’ve never had employees. You have day laborers that are paid under the table so what are you talking about?
@@ThedirtyworkRight! Well u never even had a business so there's that. Looks like I'm all in your head by your comment. See I put thought in everything I do and have the credibility that you could never muster! A poem/book to u is deep thought for you but very elementary to a strait G like me.. Like I said back in August nothing changes except my Paygrade and my Empire while u doing nothing but reminiscing about sparing with a strait G! The highlight of your life!!😂😂❤
@ Who do you think you’re fooling? Everyone in lawn land knows what you’re saying isn’t true. Hell they’ve all watched BOTH of my CPA’s in live streams talk about my success and business ownership and managing the finances and payroll taxes over the past 29 years. Let’s hear from yours… if you even have a real CPA. I’m sure you don’t. Hell theirs quite a few videos with my guys. Do better Ray

You need a landscape rake when patching! We did a shit ton of it for several apartment complexes years ago. The guys hated me when that project was done.
