@@HeyAmandaR Dude.........when I first stumbled upon your channel, I honestly thought you were Canadian (which is super-cool)…..It wasn’t until I watched your “about me - video” a few weeks ago that I realized you were from the Ozark State (which is even cooler)!! Tough to do for 25 minutes, i can do lower body for max 8 minutes with break.
It is a tough workout for sure! You can always try it in chunks, so do 5 mins every day for 5 days. ;)

Hey Amanda, my mother has had Parkinson's disease for the last ten years and now it has advanced with Dementia and they say she is in the advanced stages now. She is only 79 years old, it's so sad to see her be a shell of who she used to be. I see so many people who are even older than her enjoying their lives and their retirement and cannot believe what this has done to her. I had no idea what an overwhelming job this is and has become. Its like having a baby just in the reverse age. She cannot be left alone at all, and is now not assisting much getting in and out of her wheelchair, so she is not only dealing with the mental aspects of it, but the physical as well. It's exhausting and overwhelming and lonely. I hope you have a lot of support in your life to deal with it all. Best wishes
Oh my. I'm so sorry. This disease is brutal, uncaring. 10 years is a long time. My mom is 79 now... I can't imagine 10 years of this. That's overwhelming. I know. It's so hard to watch people living normal lives while your loved one is suffering. It's the strangest, most f-up, heart breaking thing to go through. I have an amazing sister who loves me and mom so much and does what she can and my dad is such an incredible sounding board. I also have a friend who let's me vent when I need it. I know I'll need more in the future but for now this works. I'm sending you loads of positive and strength vibes. I see you. Xo

Yes, that's it! Thanks for posting the name and these details. The more everyone knows about this bloody awful disease, the better. We knew it was possible with her diagnosis, but I really didn't expect it. Part of me keeps hoping it won't happen again, I'm an optimist...one of my greatest strength and biggest downfalls.

Thank you. I think it's a mixture of both, the workouts and the stress. Living a caregiver's life can be taxing on your mental health and physical health.
Thank you so much for this video and being so open about your experience. My father also has Lewy Body but seems to be in an earlier stage.
No problem, I will likely do more videos about this because I think it's a tough journey and if I can help even 1 person, than it's worth it and it's therapeutic for me in a way. I'm sorry your father has started down the Lewy path, it's hard road. But, know that there are many organizations and people out there who can help. Sending you strength and positive vibes to get through it.

Hey Amanda. I’m new here your channel did one workouts Monday still feeling soreness. I’m taking Another rest doing this one tomorrow. I’m in my 40’s need more workouts like this. I can’t do no more high intensity workouts like use was younger
Hey Joanna! I'm so glad you like these types of workouts. Focusing on strength and building muscle mass is crazy important as we get older...plus whi wants to jump around for 30 minutes straight? Not me. Ugh! ;) And, trust me, I feel it too, but I've found that when I do these types of workouts 3X a week the pain is faaaar less. My body's get used to it and I'm able to lift heavier weights as we go forward. Are you just getting into strength building?
