You can guard to skip the coin flip and reduce damage. And search everything on screen and read the description of every item to know uses.

it's a great video but u need to focus on you're commentary on the video more to engage the audience keep up the good work

One good recommendation i have for you is to try and learn a specific opening, as well as do more puzzles. The puzzles help with pattern recognition, and will help you play faster and see blunders that you havent seen before.
I have been learning a little bit about openings, but I can never find myself in a spot where I can make outplays
