For survival mode you should do a sniper build, your really good at taking heads so it'll be perfect 😂

For the love of god. Drop off your aid items in a workshop -- you're carrying so many it's weighing your character down. If you get local leader perk 2 you can set settlers (or robots if you have the automation DLC) to act as provisioners. Those guys share your junk with other settlements so no more having to run back and forth.

@@OnlyFallout surprisingly not that long - if you drink no water, don't sleep or eat just wait in a chair for 3 or 4 days the INT stat drops to one. I put 10 pts in INT, got the unique combat armor helmet in Covenant for +1 and a few pieces of Sharp armor my guy has 25 INT get buttloads of xp.

I usually start survival runs w/7 int for chemist perk so i can craft antibiotics- rare stuff and doctors are hard to find early game. The three glowing fungus outside the mole rat den behind the Red Rocket respawn fast if u don't go in the den itself. Travel a ways away and go back and they'll usually be there again. You can craft a radiation arch with 6 fiber optics - go to Carla and Trudy and buy microscopes and biometric scanners for the fiber optics. The magazine at Sunshine Tidings co-op gives double meat for animal kills - very nice for food. Have fun!! :)

If you don't want advice and would rather learn by doing, don't read the following........... Collect empty bottles and fill them at the water pump or clean drinking fountain (like in a Vault). And due to it being a Bethesda game I also suggest Gopher's Quick Save mod. I don't mind if I lose progress because I die in a fight, but losing progress due to a crash or glitch is a different story.

Also i want to add some things i suffered from in the start of my survival run: 1) Sleep is fundamental, not just to save (search all across the commonwealth for sleeping bags for save points), but also to fight tiredness. Only good beds allow to sleep well and get rested. 2) Meat and water antibiotics. You will need to eat and drink A LOT. Try to use food to restore health when not crippled as stimpaks need also lots of water and food (as you are taking a medicine). You will get sick quite often so visit doctors and antibiotics when you are wandering. 3) Use cover when fighting aiming when behind cover 4) Abuse VATS and crouch. The first helps looking for enemies and MINES, the second to identify your status. Also when recovering AP you can crouch, see the satus, and use VATS to see if anyone/thing is around and the safely sprint again.

@@OnlyFallout Some may try to tell you that Lead Belly is important. It is not. Keep cooking meat and loot/buy all the iguana bits you can. Iguana on a Stick is the best satisfaction to weight ratio in the game. Second is Squirrel bits.
