We lived in Amboy when I was around 4 or 5 years old. I remember my father working for a salt company. He would load the salt onto a train. We lived close to where my father worked and my sister and I would take him his lunch. We lived in a 1 room house.

Glad you had a good time. Please if you do visit our area again please don’t direct the masses to our Forest yes it is BlM . But most travelers don’t clean up. They leave fire burning, litter and go off trail. Leave the public in organized camp grounds there is plenty of places to go see and camp.

I’ve been there so many times and it’s so wonderful. Sailing Hot Springs is a completely different world. I was fortunate enough to fly in with my long time boyfriend friend and amazing person who introduced me to this place. I wish I was there right now, but I’m in an office.😂😂😂😂
