Is it better to wait for fall to order it? I am afraid that fungi will not survive the heat during the delivery to my apartments.

We use Aprehend for "preventative measures," the treatment is sprayed on the baseboards of our apartments every three months. Curious if you think this is the best approach? The tenants need to be out of their apartment for 4 hours after. Wondering if volcanoes would be better just for monitoring?

Even tho that stuff won’t kill a bedbug at all it will kill a human . You should get a respirator. Stuff made me sick

It’s good to remember that aprehend does not work. It simply does not kill bedbugs at all.

I own a bed bug heat treatment company in Toronto and I use the same heaters. I’ve never seen anyone use the ducting with the sleep tight heaters and I’m amazed how the bedrooms are that hot without a heater in the room. I’m definitely going to try this out. Thanks for your videos you have a lot of good ideas.

hey Jeremy question: warrantys, you talk about 60 days. Bedbugs are not born in ppls properties, therefore if client brings the problem back to his property do you still cover it?. changing clients habits are the hardest thing to do plus what about apartments, do you still give 6 month Warranty?

Bullshit you should have a guarantee! That is an asinine thing to do as someone who’s been killing bed bugs for 16 years. You can offer a 30 day warranty but thats it. No way in hell am i offering anything more than that with the people ive seen and dealt with. Id be doing free work all the time. Most professional pest companies learned this the hard way 15 years ago when they had to do free work because of reintroduction.

Jeremy great video. From experiencing bedbugs in my rental property I found it so strange how different exterminators have different approaches. Some exterminator required a live or dead bedbug to even treat due to the regulations, while many didn't care if we saw one or not. Some exterminators required extensive cleaning and clearing of closets. Some exterminators didn't. I'm getting my proprety treated this coming Wednesday and I'm hoping for results. Overall, I think it is God's work you do getting rid of these creatures.

hey do you really sell your aprehend treatments for 1500$ i usually charge between 1000$-1200$ for a 3 month guarantee and i rarely dont get the job done but honestly i dont think many people are whiling to pay 1500$ from my experience (canada)

Good video, you forgot today apprehend should not be applied to carpets. It won't work. If areas of a carpet need to be treated, lay tape down and spray on the tape.

Even though heat is killing them I think it's still impossible to get them out of the furniture once they're in there you can't get them out

Jeremy presented a good discussion of Aprehend. However, we had a heat treatment that was not successful. I am still getting bitten after spending 3014 dollars. It did not work. I have had the company out and they "insist" I find live (or dead bugs) in order to do anything more. They insist there are none, but I am still getting bitten every night. Aprehend is the only thing I have left. I am praying it works. Jeremy is correct about the fact that YOU HAVE TO BE THEIR BAIT. This means you must allow yourself to get bitten every night. However, when you DO, you know they are picking up the spores which feels really GOOD! I am into my 4th Aprehend day today. IF YOU CANNOT TOLERATE BEING BITTEN AS THE BAIT FOR APREHEND, IT IS NOT FOR YOU. Sanjosemike (no longer in CA)

I didn’t know you could put heated air directly into a fan like that. Could you direct the end of a duct directly into a fan, or would that be too much heat and cause the plastic to get soft? Also, do you measure the temp of the air coming out of the duct?

Hey Jeremy I’ve watched all the videos on RUclips about commercial heat treating for bed bugs and I haven’t seen anyone use my idea that would be a small tweak to the usual heat duct and fan placement. It would let you uniformly heat the whole place up faster and would cut no telling how much time off every job. Could I shoot you an email about my idea?
