Just some questions because I have had intentions of boosting mine as well, questions are; what did you use to tune it? How much did the build cost you? Did you build the transmission at all? And what would recommend as far going with higher numbers? I've been shooting for 400+ just curious since this is one of the few actually well built cavaliers I have seen.

What is the top speed on this machine ? I own a 94 Vmax DX with a 600 engine and I get top speed about 90. a guy close to my house is selling one just like that for $2000 with plastic skis

how did you drill the stock can out? im wanting a can but am pretty cheap so i dont want to spend the money. also did you do any re-jetting of the carbs at all?

Wiseco pistons (only lasted one season), eagle rods and some other goodies. Made 300whp on 13psi.

What internals did you use? How much boost you making? I plan on doing a build on my cav

Not saying its impossible but it would take a lot to flip. Its more stable than my Rev 600HO. It has a low center of gravity and a wide stance. Thing handles great on the twisty groomed trails. The rear skid could be better but I love the triple.
