      Maybe he survived, maybe its a reference to MGS3 with snake's backpack in a tree. There are alot of MGS references in the game so its possible

      Yeah, the first levels are really tough. Try farming cards by other means, like daily missions, battle rush, survival etc.

      For me with no deaths allowed it was mission 13, The Return, there are no health pickups and all the ammo is picked up by the bots because there are so many of them

      You need at least 2 points caputered to get a single point every couple seconds. I quess they didn't have 2 points captured or didn't control 2 or more points long enough
