Players finding this after Oct 24th 2024 should note that both the suggestions on casting/magic grind and blocking no longer work. Casting now has certain benchmarks required for total MP consumed while channeling a skill before any levels are given, because of this you now need to cast skills that consume at least 5 mp per attempt to level up until level 60 magic/casting then it needs to consume at least 10mp. While you can technically still farm casting and magic in the starting area it will take MUCH longer. Additionally the blocking level up mechanic will now only give you 1 level of block maximum per mob, gone are the days of a single rat being worth 60 levels of blocking.

This is a really good guide! Very detailed! Do you think you could create guides like this for all the classes including the base game ones? I find most guides online right now are a little sparse and don't provide explanations as to why certain classes value certain pieces of gear with their strengths/weaknesses.

No one told it but here we go Arcane mark also removes the weaknesses that said class have I learned it in a hard way...

tip: lightning potions (acid + speed) deal the most dps out of any other storm potion making it the best potion for... well... damage.

I'd have to agree on Doom. It's rather vanilla compared to the competition. Some of the TCs look to be worth trying out, probably ranking higher. Nowadays, I'd argue that the same applies to og Quake. Blood is at least on the same level as Shadow Warrior. Sure it's harder, but it's beatable with skill and strategy. Simple Doom-level run and gun will get your ass pwned by the tougher enemies.
