Yeah, that cave was set up with lots of floors that dumped creepers down as you ran around. Took us ages to light all of it up to stop the bombing.

@makerspace533 that sounds like an interesting project. I tried dispensing some solder flux with it last weekend and it was fine if you are doing lots of little dots here and there at a short interval between. But if left sitting there, without the vacuum running, the flux kept extruding slowly over time as the air pressure was maintained. Running the vacuum got rid of the problem, but then it ran my compressor out of air quickly. I would think that if you were wanting a more consistent application without any of the potential backlash from the compressibility of air, I would have thought a stepper motor with a mechanical connection to the plunger. That would get rid of any need to pumps, pipes and other liquids. If you use a smaller motor and syringe you might be able to mount it directly on the head and direct apply it that way. I have the same project problem, although I am slowly clearing my kits to build box.

Interesting, I didn't know that. Not something I have ever tried to be honest though.

It does still work but it is a secondary Create Mod called "Create Stuff & Additions" that adds in the Netherrack recipe. It is not in the Vanilla Create mod.

Nah bro netherrack IS farmable... here read this!!! You might not believe me... but ACTUALLY netherrack is farmable... but not in the way you are thinking with dublication glitches and more its normally farmable but it's the hardest farm ever made...and also the slowest (it needs two players to be faster) it's similar with the obsidian farm...see to farm obsidian the easiest way to do it is ... Add a bed somewhere... near the bed create a nether portal now get an diamond/netherite pickaxe a lava bucket flind and steal and a chest go to the nether break completely the portal and somewhere around put the chest and add all your items inside... then with your lava bucket DIE ... you will respawn in the bed near the nether portal you created in the overworld now if you get inside again the portal will rebuild and the obsidian from the portal you mined before will still be inside the chest ... That's how you can farm obsidian But After 1.16 update mojang added in the game the respawn anchor that allows you to respawn in the nether ... But it needs glowstone You need a farm for glowstone before making a netherrack farm and you can farm glowstone from witches from regular mob farms or from witch farms in swampland biomes in witch huts or just from cleric villages Now if you do the exactly opposite... creating a portal in the nether go to overworld break it add the obsidian in a chest die and respawn in the nether...(And replace glowstone) IF the portal in the overworld spawn in the air and especially above the ocean... with the portal will spawn 2 obsidian also on both sides and netherrack around all these as a part of the portal...so with that you can can farm 8 netherrack per 2 minutes or per 1 minute and 30 seconds ... See it's a really slow and hard farm but it's a farm and it still works but it's really slow

@@relax_4u I haven't tried that approach in Vanilla minecraft. But I agree, it is a farm and it does sound really slow and awkward. At least it gives you a means to farm netherrack if you need it. Given the speed, it is probably faster just to run into the nether and mine as much as you need.

@seananderson7087 Thank you very much for your comments. Good idea on the chests, I will keep it in mind. Good point on the hoppers, I had not noticed any tick drop when the egg farm came operational, but we did later on in the series and I didn't connect the dots on the cause.

Yeah no problem! I just wanna see ya succeed, I liked watchin' ya. So, the unfortunate thing about hoppers is that they continue ticking away even when they're empty, it's not a ton by itself, but it does add on. This is why vanilla sorting systems and the like will often use locked hoppers. But again they only really hit you if you have multiple farms doing hopper chains like that. If you look around at some other channels like mumbo jumbo, people making contraptions and what not usually prefer hopper carts.@@CodeArcanist

The module in the video is an "Open-Smart" Serial MP3 Player. I did buy this module 5 years ago, but there still appears to be some for sale on ebay and aliexpress if you search for "UART Control Serial MP3 Player Module".

Hi, that would be something I would ask the developer of the actual mod. It isn't something I have a lot of knowledge in.

I would start and see how you stack up with the specs on this page (www.minitool.com/backup-tips/minecraft-system-requirements.html) and then maybe increase the memory slightly. You could be ok with the mods just by shrinking the render distance if the lag starts getting noticable. It would also depend o the complexity and number of machines you end up building. But I would say, give it a go with what you currently have and see.

@shaikhmujjamilhiraji4835 Create Flavoured is a modpack containing lots and lots of different mods that all work together. But from what I can see on the create wiki (create.fandom.com/wiki/Threshold_Switch) it should be there.

It generates Cinderflour which is then made into Netherrack which is turned into Cinderflour. Why it generates Netherrack is the fact that when you grind 1 Netherrack you end up with 1.5 Cinderflour which can be turned into 1.5 Netherrack. So, each loop around the cycle you end up with 50% more Netherrack than you started with. The end game with this machine was to siphon off the Cinderflour to turn into blaze cakes (see subsequent video), the whole machine really revolves around generating more and more Netherrack.

Good question, I thought it was the original create mod. But it turns out to be the "Create Crafts & Additions" pack. @DoomMWhite, you were right about not getting netherrack in the standard Create Mod.

When I am playing by myself I tend to build an underground base (for the reasons you mention), but I this time we are thinking about doing a house build above ground near where we start.

I thought about just using a repeat loop but I was trying to be a little bit closer to how I would write in a normal programming language (that was before I noticed that the trees on seem to spawn 4 wood all the time). I think the problem is that the tree is cut down and before the wood spawns, the script doesn’t detect the wood. If you watch the bot, it will pick up the wood on the second tree because it exists on the ground when the bot gets to that line in the script. I am going to try putting in a sleep 1 second or something like that, so that the wood gets time to spawn. Otherwise I will revert back to a repeat loop.
