Hobbit comments are spot on!!! My friend's BFF PETS - dogs and cat plus complicit parrot, a deviously demonic 'one brain' combo not only combine the best of their skills for EVERYTHING, but for "second" and other breakfasts/meals - the cat would knock the bowl over and dogs (one is a Frenchie rescue and other a "bledsicle")! It's great high-end top quality $$$$$$ kibble without additives or GMOs. THEY would hide contents by pushing with noses - under couch, under area rugs, behind plants, etc and (with paws and cat used tail to help retrieve!) (?!🎉) AND cry to the Dad when he was in the kitxhen, away from Mom and "bonus human (Pet Dad rushing to leave for work) would fill the bowl and leave for work, angry with neglectful Mom who 'overslept'and didn't feed their children.. They woyud not feast until BOTH parents were gone! [She figured it out after setting up a camera where one of her culprits (CATTO) DIDN'T find itand knock it over and the dog would bite through it. ]

As the owner of a Staffy this is dead accurate. My dog is so sensitive. He looks like a tough dog, all muscle and a big head, but he's such a baby. He hates it when he's in trouble. He literally runs away and sulks if you say his name in a stern tone and he is so loving when I'm sad. It really seems like he wants to comfort me. He's just such a sweet, sensitive boy.

“When did it start???” When he was born 😭 I’ve had so many people blame groomers on their cocker spaniels ear issues bc “they got water in their ear” It doesn’t just HAPPEN…. They have shitty ears, and they’re so heavy that they get so hot and moisture builds up and they’re just prone to them.. Water doesn’t help, but it doesn’t happen immediately after a trip to the groomer. One woman was talking about how her dog gets them so often and without seeing the dog I said some breeds are prone to them, like cocker spaniels and she goes “oh! Bailey is a cockapoo!” 🤦‍♂️ there’s your answer…

False advertisement: I ensured that I checked and confirmed the possibility of obtaining a prescription for my pets' anxiety through this service. However, the Dr. informed me that it's illegal to issue such prescriptions. She suggested an over-the-counter alternative called Composure Pro, that I plan to try, though I strongly prefer a prescription medication over a holistic remedy. Now, I'll need to either make the 40-minute drive to my current vet or find a new vet closer to my new residence. I feel misled and as a result, I won't continue to use or recommend this service in the future.

We're so sorry to hear that you were disappointed. Unfortunately regulations surrounding prescription medications vary between states and provinces and are not within our control. Where permitted, Vetster vets are able to diagnose and prescribe at their medical discretion. In areas where regulations prevent veterinarians from prescribing using telemedicine alone, a Vetster vet will always be able to speak to your pet's unique circumstances and offer professional advice. If you'd like to get in touch with our team about your experience, you can reach us using the live chat on our website or by emailing support@vetster.com.

I recently paid $110 for a consultation for my dog, Blake, who was (and still is) in terrible pain. Unfortunately, after four days and a significant expenditure, I'm left feeling frustrated and without a solution. The only reason I opted for this consultation was due pure desperation and to the lack of emergency services in my area. I must clarify I chose a vet that is licensed in my stated (after reading the terrible reviews about the prescription issues previous clients have had). To my dismay, the prescribed medication to alleviate Blake's pain posed regulatory issues. It turns out the medication required special FDA authorization, which the vet providing the consultation lacked in my state, despite having a license to practice in KY. While I understand the importance of medication regulations, I expected Vetster to ensure compliance before offering such services. What do you think clients are coming here for? Healthy pets? Sick pets usually require meds. My experience has left me feeling SCAMMED and questioning the effectiveness, ethics and purpose of Vetster's service. Instead of prioritizing payment, there should be a focus on ensuring the effectiveness of the provided services. This could involve implementing measures to guarantee that prescribed treatments are suitable and compliant with FDA regulations. To sum things up: This situation is absolutely ridiculous! Do NOT recommend. Seems like a another way to scam people out of money in a legal way.
