I bought one in Black. I was actually looking to get the sound I miss from my 1972 P Bass and this came close when it came the growl. However, after changing the P Pickup and the Jass I go this thing to sound like a cross between the old growl and some modern tones. Every gig I play I get compliments on the sound. I am very pleased with the way it plays and sounds. Playing bass is much more fun when you get the instrument right and this time, I Will Not Trade it in like I did before. I'm keeping this one. Hope that help other bass players.

Just got it. I use it for my guitars. I don't play bass. But I wanted a little darker tone without being muddy. I'm glad I got it. Sounds great on all my guitars.

need to EQ the amp better

I just tried this bass at GC. Loose knobs one one, scuff marks on the other. I really liked the look of this bass, but just can’t get over the QC issues. I’ll check out the fender deluxe active p bass. It didn’t sound as bad as this one though.

How would you install the pickup on a string through bridge?

Still no xlr DI out on the 112... major failing, considering the monitor tilt feature, which becomes fairly pointless due to this omission for your average gigging bass player who would otherwise be sending his sound to front of house PA. In smaller venues.

How much louder is the BA-110V2 than the BA-108? I have the BA108 and I love it, the tone is great and it's kinda loud. I also have the BA-210V2 which is very loud but I have a back injury so I am seeking an in between amp such as the BA-110V2 or maybe the BA-112V2
