Wull, uh, why aren they cloud carpenters? See I would say that cloud engineers identify and build solutions. Cloud engineers are more like architects. The folks swinging the hammers and using the saws and raising the walls based on oll those engineering drawing are called cloud engineers, but they are really cloud carpenters. This interview was not bad, but left out a lot of useful information for those reviewing a newbie's journey into tech. I would have loved to heard more about his experience transitioning from a different background-how he approached learning the new material, what tools he used to reinforce his understanding, and how he prepared for interviews. How many interviews did he go through before landing a job? Did the program assist him with resume building, interview preparation, or provide a coach to guide him through challenges during training and when he started his first job?

"Passing or failing exam doesn't guaranty or block you from getting a job in tech," but the First reason why we do want to get certified is to be able put our legs into that tech Job!!, from my point of view i, see that not having a certificate can block you from getting that job you want in tech unless someone knows how smart you are and just hire you because they know you, otherwise you don't have anything to prove your knowledge. You have a point, we have to really know the material because without that, we are nothing when it comes to hands-on when hired.
