yess, the door was out of place and would not shut when the cabinet was opened. also this elevator has the tall cabs witch I like.

aww yess, the commeuter parking garage witch was bilt on the site next to the terminal for easyer access off smarts sentres place directly off the buss entry way when traveling don Mill way.

Most TTC elevators are 2500 LBS with the exception of Yorkdale that I know of which is 2000 LBS or 2100 LBS

One of the camera is not security camera as it used with two ways communication

These things are quite troublkesome when under heavy loads esp of a convention that is held there every march, to the point where the whole system failed and would not take any hall calls on any floors, cars getting stuck/making emergency stops at random among other issues like saying it is overloaded when empty. Feels like the mod made things worse infact in some ways.

North Tower one has been acting weird, i rode it last week and it suddenlt made a emergency stop around the 10th floor followed by a 2nd after it started to go back down then dumped all the cars and opened the doors. Def worrying though and hoping these work ok for a big convention in March held there. the mod has seemingly made them worse in some cases with North at times saying the car is overloaded when it is empty, or at one point it would not take any hall calls from any floor. also the hall chimes on several cars on various floors in North are flat out broken sounding horrible.

The first modernizations for the elevators were done in 2001.

These were installed in 1968 and they were modernized in 2017.

Floor 38 is restricted.

When I was there, we were in the north tower, and I did notice a few minor issues with the elevators, but then again, this was in February of this year so the mod was a little newer at the time.

Why is the floor indicator 1 instead of G when the elevator is on the ground floor?

Thanks for the buss platform elevator take!it is a story to be toled in terms of elevators that go to underground buss terminals.

Elevators from Toronto and trains, I also took the elevators up to the TTC bus terminal and it is the same but all be it a shorter distence.

the parking glass elevator still re tains it self witch is good.

Floors C, 2, 5, 7-8, 10-11, 16-17 and 19-20 are locked.

The elevator brand is Gacha-Tek.

The modernizer is Direct and these elevators were modernized in 2013.

this one definetly seams new. I like how they are intended to be fast for transporting staff and paytions alike.

These elevators originally had Globe & Parallelogram fixtures and they were modernized in 2009. By the way, you should fix the original elevator brand in the description.
