    MOL Pakistan terminated a loyal ABO employee that why he caught tempered bowser came for loading in company.i think the mangement is fully unexperienced sleeping,and unworthy with fake degrees.Employees join from PSO totally with fake degrees and unexperienced and also make PSO Group in field area with instructions from their deptt Manager ,CEO MOL hungary Kindly wake up and investigate the issue .

    A short Message to CEO How? ●Mol group terminated ratio more than 50 loyal,honest and hardworking employees every year. ●New terminating list of employees launched in the end of year. ●Hiring irrelevant(crude oil sector) employees . ●Experienced more than 10 to 20 year of employees are terminated from job. ●Those who shake hand with Black sheeps are safe or transfer to other deptt. ●Whole despatch deptt is terminated in 2017 and production deptt in 2020.(Brilliant employees ). ●Black sheeps works on formula look busy do nothing and in end of year got increment and pormotions. ●Tell me if organizations is in loss how they got pormotions and increments. ●Senior transfer their job description to juniors,morning meeting not attending or send juniors. ●Valgur language used with juniors staff. ●etc etc I think Top management think and take action against them. In all over the world none of big organisation's terminated as much employee . Up and down comes but dont spoil employees life,its effects not only one but all family. Mol logo one family,so adjust loss in all employees but dont terminate them in future.

    Mol group had terminated more than 100 hard working employees without any reason in 2017 and 2020. Mol group shows one family logo and now terminated employees and family ,childerns are suffering. Black sheeps wins (malfunction,valgur language with juniors and drivers,grouping,job description tranfer to juniors,chitchat in office,only visible in tv lounge , mess,room etc)still working in Mol.
