A short Message to CEO How? ●Mol group terminated ratio more than 50 loyal,honest and hardworking employees every year. ●New terminating list of employees launched in the end of year. ●Hiring irrelevant(crude oil sector) employees . ●Experienced more than 10 to 20 year of employees are terminated from job. ●Those who shake hand with Black sheeps are safe or transfer to other deptt. ●Whole despatch deptt is terminated in 2017 and production deptt in 2020.(Brilliant employees ). ●Black sheeps works on formula look busy do nothing and in end of year got increment and pormotions. ●Tell me if organizations is in loss how they got pormotions and increments. ●Senior transfer their job description to juniors,morning meeting not attending or send juniors. ●Valgur language used with juniors staff. ●etc etc I think Top management think and take action against them.
