Hey! Pikmin is a 5/10 game for me but the soundtrack is still way better than 97% of the songs in pikmin 4

This game was severely overhated to the point where I only got it because I wanted to review the game. But when playing it, I gained genuine enjoyment. This isn’t exactly a Pikmin game, and it was released at possibly the worst time a Pikmin spin-off could be, but it’s been almost an entire decade, and Pikmin 4 is out now. Please, at least give this hidden 3DS gem a chance. It may genuinely be one of my favorite games on the system.

Too bad everyone hates this game, but this ost is perfect.

If this is the last world map theme we ever get (and 3 barely counts anyways), I have to say... it's quite the sendoff. It's up there with the Pikmin 1 and 2 World Map themes; and being much more grandiose than those, it feels like a true spiritual successor.

The first theme is devious and formidable, the third one is a panicked rage, and this is just absolutely... menacing. There's no word in the English language that works better! Well, in my opinion.

This feels straight out of Twilight Princess

this theme makes me think of a game that maybe doesn't exist. about a little mouse-like creature finding an old, rundown, rusty and abandoned machine in the forest. the machine, unmoving but still cognizant, if barely asks you to help it, fix it from the inside as best as you can, so maybe it can move on its own one last time. and as you work on it, you learn little by little what this machine was and how it came down to this sad end.

This was my first ever video game at the age of 5. Fast forward 10 years later and 15 year old me has just finished Doki Doki, thank you for the memories you caused me to have Hey Pikmin.
