I actually LOVE black olives. I used to hate green olives as a child but I’ve come around on them in the last 5 years or so. But I still like black better.
You made me realize in biting off the end of the pepper and putting the juice on the salad that I always pick off the peppers cause that’s what my parents did and so I just did it too but I actually love peppercinni’s on my sandwiches and other things so I should just eat these on the salad! I shouldn’t just blindly follow what I was taught by my parents! It’s good to question yourself and examine why you do things ya know?

A meal suggestion for your weight loss journey: A big bowl of spring mix lettuce with chopped chicken breast and a bit of ranch and bbq sauce. Maybe a dash or two of Tabasco too. You don't need alot of dressing as long as you take a little time tossing the salad. I recommend tongs for this. The fiber from the green lettuce and the lean protein from the chicken will make you feel very full and satiated.
I make my own rules for my body what I like but thank you for your suggestion I’m not on a serious fast weight loss. I mean a journey for me to be comfortable. I’m not uncomfortable in my skin. That way.

@djthfc6045 5mil is about right. With the current economy, for a good home, comfortable lifestyle, and affording things far into the future its a good amount. He's not talking about 5m a month or a year, I'm pretty sure he's saying for life.
